Please update your website with your current prices. I was expecting to pay $14 for each child's cut, but when I asked why I was being charged $20/each I was told that the prices on the website "are very old prices" which makes me think you leave your cheaper prices on your website to get people in the door and then charge them more once their service is complete. read more

Jane did an excellent job on my son's hair. He looked so good for his graduation.

To put it simple I will never go back here...The barber was not good and pushy and somewhat aggressive and demanding. I still gave her a tip because I am that kind of person...but all in all, worst fade I have ever gotten. She said she had 30 years of experience...not what it looks like for looking at my head afterwards... I actually had to ask her to put me back in the seat and fix it. Finally I just gave in and decided to leave and get it fixed elsewhere. Hope she can give more thought to her future customer's, all in all this was not a pleasant experience. read more

Jane has been cutting my hair about 10 years. Good conversation, good cut. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Sounds perfect to me.

I couldn't believe how rude this lady was with us! She seemed so nice to the previous gentlemen , pretty slow but I wasn't in a rush. When it came to be my sons turn and I asked if she could do something she said she wasn't going to do it. Not she couldn't, but three times all equally rude.. She was not "GOING" to do it. Emphasize on the going, because she's so in charge right. What am I paying money for then? For you to run your clippers through my sons hair like you're colouring with them? She rushed right through it, yet she sure takes her time with men clearly.. I had to touch his hair up when I came home because she'd missed so much hairs around his ears. Defeated the purpose of taking him somewhere, I could've done what she did at home for free, and a better job. She was also super irritable and bossy with my son who gets nothing but praise at every hair cut because he's so well behaved.. Not sure what this ladies issue was. Down right ignorant, I'm still in shock about it to say the least. read more

I have been to this shop once before. It was okay. I decided that I wanted to get another cut so I went back here because the shop advertised In the paper that walk-ins are welcome. So I walked in. There was one gentleman already in the chair so I thought "Okay...I will sit down and I will be next". Before I could sit down the owner came over and opened her appointment book and requested that I make an appointment. I did so but I will not be going back any time soon. If you advertise that walk-ins are welcome, then welcome them. Don't make walk-ins enter the store just to make an appointment. The point of being a walk-in is you don't have to make an appointment. You get to come in and sit down for your turn. To me it's part of the barbershop experience. Making an appointment for a barber doesn't make them a barber....that's a salon. I don't want to go to a salon. I want a barber. Still looking for a good barber in Chilliwack so I don't have to travel to my old barber in White Rock - where I can just walk in. read more
