Hopefully this will reach some people and they will avoid the stress and loss of money this business caused me. I had an emergency two weeks ago with "fuel starvation" diesel not getting through to the engine, complete breakdown and the car could not be moved - Emergency breakdown service tow to the nearest garage which unfortunately was Millbrook Motors. I dealt with a Bartle Mastterson who I found to be extremely patronizing and condescending but as a female driver you learn to live with this. Long story short - Diesel filter replacement and a 200 euro bill only to find myself on the side of the road two weeks later with the same problem - spillings of rain and Christmas weekend. Garages closed but Bartle could be contacted which I did, The phone call not successful so I went to speak with him, Would not help without being paid again - and to add insult to injury started to insult me as not the type of person he wanted to deal with and turned his back to walk away as to prevent him from being annoyed.
