Now that I'm actually at the station after my "rural" trip west I can understand way. The Hoboken train has been scheduled to leave in zero minutes for quite some time. There might be a reasonable explanation for why only one of three tracks is in use, but I can't see why that would render electronic signs incorrect. Maybe there's another AWS outage?

Stairs up to the main room from the front, not sure if the back to the parking lot is more handicap friendly. You can rent the dining hall. People rent for birthdays, parties, and more - just note that parking filled up quickly behind the place (Google also sends you on a weird direction around Meeker street but that's a dead end into the apartment building's parking not, not Casa's - use the entry off Main Street, or find the street parking after that is full. Hours on the website are for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, only, not certain if rentals can go outside of those hours?
