All of the companies I had spoken with wanted nothing but money upfront with promises of unrealistic results. Fast Tax Help fully explained the options available to me with both the State and the Federal Departments of Revenue and the options that were available to me. I learned more in the first call with Russell with Fast Tax Help than I did from the last 5 or 6 companies I had spoken to, he took the time to explain the solutions, actually cared about what I wanted out of hiring his firm. In the end my Federal Tax Liability was eliminated and I actually got a refund check from the IRS, how they did that was through using penalty waivers and complicated use of the tax code. With the state I am paying them 17% of my income until the balance, however the company is working to reduce that payment down to 10%.
