I guess this is usually a hidden fee for some services charge for. The couch was super filthy before, now it's a good spot to sit! We reached out by text and received a prompt quote, with what we believe is a reasonable price. Check ins before the appointment and an on time arrival. Technician thoughtfully wore booties to protect floor. Sofa's looking great and we are happy. Apparently all the products are organic, which is nice.
