Since then we receive an annual questionnaire with last years numbers for comparison. Fill it out and drop it off with attached tax forms anytime during open hours at the front desk. They confirm name and contact info, off you go. They call if they have any questions. A short period of days later you get the call that your taxes are ready. The friendly desk staff go our your return forms and discuss anything new or pertinent. Sign on the dotted lines and render payment for their CPA services. If you need to pay taxes, you simply enclose a check with the provided forms and envelope at your timeline. If you are getting a refund you can mail in the forms at your leisure. We opt for e-filing, so they electronically file all our forms, and we simply mail in the confirmation page. Plenty of parking in this shared business park. Small comfortable lobby with refreshments offered for that first visit. Tasteful decor. Very clean and bright. I especially liked that our accountants office did not look disheveled in piles of paperwork and bursting file cabinets of the unorganized. Very business with personal touches of family.
