Bought a new HVAC system in 2015 and have had trouble with it since. Two years in the evaporator coil failed (Oct 2017) and they replaced it. The system still did not cool efficiently and stopped cooling again once we starting using again in the Spring of 2018. We called two weeks ahead for an appointment and stated the importance of it being first thing in the morning. They scheduled a staff meeting on that day instead and did not contact us.
