Which is all good and cheap when you're in your early 20's. Getting older and more costly to repair, I've been stuck with paying too much for crappy no-name coverage, with rates creeping up every few months. Finally (for a procrastinator like me, this was a couple years in the making) I couldn't bear to keep throwing away money for what I was barely using, and that wouldn't help me much if I ever really did. It was time for new quotes. I'm completely clueless when it comes to insurance speak and related features so a huge selling point to me was how Kim patiently went over everything for me in ways I can understand and answered all my (stupid, I'm sure) questions. Now I have a much more reasonably priced rate by a well-known company that has already saved me big on prescriptions and whatnot. I avoid most doctor visits until I feel I am on my deathbed, but now feel less scared to go as I know I have better coverage. Now the fear only stems from what bad news the doctor will invariably have for me. Hey- I may even get wild and start going for yearly checkups. KLM has been extremely helpful in getting all my confusion sorted out and helped me through the transition with ease and prompt responses to my many follow up questions. Not to mention the best part, saving me money each month! I will definitely go straight to KLM for any other types of insurance I will need in future years. Now I don't ever have to be smart about insurance; I can rely on KLM to do that for me.

The problem started with Joe who works in his office. I asked him for an auto and home quote. He hallucinated and thought I currently had no auto insurance. Without even confirming with me, Joe called my wife (she does not speak English) and forced her to buy auto insurance with him right away. The problem did not stop there. Once I received my auto insurance declaration form, I noticed the starting date of my auto insurance somehow get pushed back one month. This is sneaky, because Jacek promised me a lower auto insurance rate, but the low rate has a catch in it. I called Jacek, and he promised me it was a typo. A typo? So I asked him to provide me with the correct auto declaration form again. After a week, he finally emailed me, and admit his mistake. I waited for a month, and now I received the correct auto declaration form. Guess what, the price jumped up. I was so disgusted by Jacek's bait and switch scheme and I called him and asked him to explain to me. After making all these mistakes, bait and switched on me, guess what, Jacek did not even apologize. All he said was I could leave if I do not want to stay with him. How rude! Doing business is based on honesty and mutual trust. I regret that I trusted Jacek from the very beginning.
