I did so, and went just twice weekly... ($30 adds up quickly!) Each visit they charged me that, and I was never told of an issue. At the end of all scheduled appointments, I was advised to continue with Fyzical on a weekly basis. It was at this time, (after three months) that the front desk advised me the copay had actually been $75 all along, and that I owed them a large balance. Apparently they had gotten it wrong and decided to just let me go into debt instead of saying anything. Now I'm stuck with a bill over $600. I should have just learned some exercises on YouTube.
