Rob listened, went down into our engine room, and within minutes was able to diagnose and fix the problem. After already spending thousands, he quickly source the parts and installed them and was able to identify another problem we didn't know we had that could have been catastrophic. Absolute Marine showed and/or took the boat out and never put the cover back on correctly so with all the rain it ripped the cover and now we have to replace. My son stopped by to check on it May 23 he arrived to find the cabin door wide open and yes full of water. The owner responded, oooo I showed it yesterday and I guess I forgot to close the door. What a IDIOT!!!! ITS RAINED in Vero Beach for the past 10 days. We immediately decided to remove the boat from the property. The owner said well I can get a wet vac and see if I can get the some of the water out of the cabin. We now have been told by others, they have taken their boat here to be fixed, suddenly after, they have so many more problems with their boat then before bringing it here. STAY AWAY!!!!

Received boat back only to find that plug wire was broke and impeller not working. Contacted Matt who first thing accused me of breaking the plug wire even though I didn't open the cowling until after the boat was misfiring. Brought it back to him to fix the original request. He took it for a test ride per the invoice, only to find out while texting him that the test ride was just putting the trailer in the water and starting the boat for a $95 fee. He took video of it at idle barely pumping water and again did not fix the issue. I showed him two videos of it not pumping water and he challenged them like I faked them. I also had a friend on board who is also a mechanic just to get his advise. Matt discounted him as we were sabotaging his work. I have no reason to sabotage anyone's work. I just went there and paid my $462 to have an impeller replaced and all I got was a run around and grief. I have disputed this with my credit card and may have to get an attorney involved just to get my money back. This is the first time I have ever posted a negative review on the web and hopefully my last. This is going on BBB next if I don't get resolution with credit card prior to getting legal advice. I am sure Matt will respond that he did everything right and offered to look at it a 3rd time. I am sorry but I don't get paid $95 an hour and don't have time to go back and forth to a shop when obviously my time is not valuable to them. I would be happy to show anyone the videos and pictures of the work performed by Absolute Marine.

If I need to ask for a favor when I have visitors and I am away, I know my guests are in excellent hands, their keys will be hand delivered, and the place will be cleaned before they arrive and after they leave. Meg is very professional, does great work, is honest, and always does what she said she would do. There is never a time where I felt like I was not getting my money worth. The concierge services they offer are amazing too. For example, during hurricane season when I am away I pay Meg to keep an eye on my place and make sure there are no problems. If my central air has problems Meg will wait for the service people to fix the central air unit. I had a water pipe burst in my master bathroom. If Meg did not look in all the rooms I would have had a huge mold issue. I cannot attend to all the little issues that may arise from my house or when I am traveling. Having peace of mind knowing everything is being attended to is a huge relief for us. If you have a second home in Florida and are away from your house or condo I would highly recommend this service. Having a reliable set of eyes looking after your house/condo while you are away will give you the peace of mind you deserve.

After a couple of weeks of no comunication , causes, or estimates requests for approval to do work. I called the shop i believes its the owners girl friend. Explained i have heard nothing about my boat. She stated she would talk to Russ. Either she ( Barb) or Russ would get right back with me. About another week or more passes. No word from Offshore. I called them again to try and get the status of my boat. I was told by Barb that the company they order parts from was hacked by hacker using ransomware no telling when i could get parts for my boat. I waited a week or two. Not sure of exact time. I called and left a message on offshores voice mail. Stating i would like to continue doing business with them but if they could get the part by July the 4th i was going to pick up my boat. The following day Russ called my home. He told me in a hostile voice to come and pick up my boat today. I explained the soonest time i could pick it up was Thursday June 29/23. About 5 days later. He again demanded i come and pick up my boat today. I said i couldn't. I live about 90 miles from his shop. I did pick up my boat on Thursday as promised. I was very disatisfied with the personal service received and communication. I will never do business with them again. If i coulld give them less than one star. It would be minus stars.

About two years ago, I decided to relocate my 35 foot Fountain to Florida so I could take advantage of the warmer climate and use it more than just three months of the year. Being over one thousand miles away makes it very difficult for me to do anything on the boat myself. It is extremely important for me to have a marine facility that can maintain, store, and transport the boat for me. Since I have been using them, they have exceeded all my expectations. They have safely transported my boat to variety of different ports including Miami, West Palm Beach, and Key West. The boat has always been delivered on time and ready to go upon my arrival. In addition, OPM is very accommodating. On my recent boating experience from Key West to Miami, the weather took a turn for the worst. The sees became impassable about half way through the trip and thunderstorms encompassed the entire eastern coast of Florida. OPM arranged for a different pickup location upon a moments notice and transported the boat an additional 90 miles back to their facility. I was extremely happy to be out of the rain that day and to know the boat is safely stored at OPM. BG
