I am able to write this review because of the life saving care of Dr. Miller and staff. I cannot recommend Intermountain heart center enough. Many thanks to Dr. Miller for keeping my heart healthy and allowing me some extra time on this earth. They are the "real deal" when you need to feel someone has your back with your heart issues.

My ablation for yesterday with Dr Day was cancelled & my insurance was blamed. I scheduled the…read moreprocedure on 7/6 to be completed on 7/23. At 1:35 on 7/20 his office STARTED the prior auth request. I was called 51 hours later, informed I'd been canceled & my insurance blamed. This is after 5 months and 5 attempts to get them to bill correctly. I'd love to just blame his staff, but honestly nothing has felt right. When I asked about lifestyle changes, I was told I could buy his book on Amazon. My discussions with the doctor felt like gaslighting. I was told I have symptoms that I don't and blamed for not having an echo that they hadn't mentioned. My records had errors from them that I had to have corrected. Communication is rare and poor. I'm now starting over to find a better option. The ONE bright spot was that Tess who did the echo was SPECTACULAR at her job and kindly called in an educator to help go over the every question that the doctor hadn't bothered with.
