He and his helper came on time, replaced our fireplace, cleaned up outside and we paid him exactly as per verbal quote. We really needed our king size mattress out of our apartment as the new one was getting delivered. The next thing we new, Rose and Barry were here within 30 minutes in their truck and took it away. I cannot thank them enough. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I realized what had happened when I cut my foot open on a shard of glass and couldn't figure out where it and the small rocks that were in it came from only to realize my vase was missing. I contacted the company email but never got a reply at all. They did a good job cleaning the ducts mostly, except they didn't take off the covers for my cold air returns, so missed some of it. The company integrity is low in my opinion. I will likely go elsewhere for my next one.
