I ask Miller if he knew who Brian Lewis was? Miller "no". I ask have you ever heard of Brian Lewis? Miller "no". I stated "Really are you sure you have never heard of Brian Lewis?!?!?" Miller"No, can't say I have" this was right after Miller handed me a document that he claimed he filed with the court werin I state that I was tortured by Brian Lewis. Miller is either incompetent or in league with the malfeasance known as Brian Lewis, possibly both. I do not recommend this man or anyone he is associated with due to his lack of ethics and lack of intelligence. His unzealous filing makes him a proven bum in the legal profession. Stay away from this man and anyone he is associated with if you desire competent legal counsel, because you cannot receive that from Miller, likely anyone that associates themselves with him would not be very good either. And the secretary in his office was slightly rude I had called a couple times and she kept claiming that he would call me back, so I just went to the office to make these people do what they are required to do, the secretary tried to admonish me for just coming in, but she fails to realize who was the boss in that scenario. I was the boss, i am the boss and you should not forget that the customer is your boss, not the other way around, and she should learn some manners. At least Miller jumped like a trained seal when I told him to get me a copy of my file, although he tried to only give me a copy of the appeal and I had to ask again for a copy of the transcript. The transcript was what I was really after. The secretary is likely rude because they talk down to her all day, she may think she can talk down to me but I didn't appreciate that, nor did I appreciate her laughing when I divulged confidential information. Seeing how fast Miller got my paperwork copied for me, maybe he should be the secretary. Also the office is one of those old plat houses that have been converted so it reeks of low class. Miller is a bum for sure, obviously I do not recommend. I believe this firm uses shills for their rating on Google and possibly here too.
