Update in March, 2026: Literally four years since we decided to try Miller's again. We only risked buying lunch, but were pleasantly surprised. Staff is generally still friendly, polite and know how to do their jobs. Our meals came hot from the kitchen and were tasty enough. Only one small mistake was corrected by our waitress very quickly. In four years menu prices have naturally gone up quite a bit, with some of our former favorite meals more than double what they were back then. So it's unlikely we will be indulging in those particular items again. Even so, the lunch specials are reasonable enough to try this place a couple times more to check consistency and then maybe work our way back up to having dinner. read more

I am still in shock at how good this was. I ordered the Prime Rib Thursday and Sunday Special from Miller's Ale House, and this instantly became one of the best meals I have had in a long time. The seasoning was spot-on, and every bite tasted slow-roasted and deeply savory. And then there is the experience itself, because a perfect prime rib and baked potato is not just dinner. It is a whole moment. The prime rib practically melted under the knife. The first bite was buttery, tender, and rich, with the juices blooming in your mouth. The horseradish sauce added that perfect sharp kick that wakes up the entire flavor of the meat. The baked potato was everything a baked potato should be. It was steaming hot when I opened the foil, fluffy on the inside like it was whipped right in the skin. Every meal I had at Miller's was top quality. The service was attentive, professional, and personable. Each time I dined, I had something different, including Mimi's Bowl, Zingers, the Big Red chicken sandwich, Cobb Salad, and one of the very best burgers I've ever had in a restaurant. We have been wanting to try Miller's Ale House for quite awhile & finally had the opportunity on Thursday afternoon. We got very lucky, arrived approximately 3ish (perfect timing not crowded, no wait) we were seated in a lovely quiet booth promptly. Our server Linda Lou stopped by to greet us, took beverage order. She returned for our appetizer order, which we ordered the warm Bavarian pretzel (served with mustard and cheese dip) it was delicious! We put our entree order in. Linda was very attentive, after our huge pretzel was almost devoured, she came back for our main course orders. Each of us chose the delicious peppered bacon, cheeseburger with stringy onion rings to top it off on a marvelous seeded bun! The burgers were served with crispy hot fries, the burgers were huge (so big we took half home). As if all the above wasn't enough we added the wonderfully, decedent chocolate ice cream cake to go! Linda went out of her way to pack it on ice to assure the dessert would make it home without turning into ice milk cake! We made coffee and enjoyed the cake in our home. It was all she said it was and then some, we were two very satisfied customers. We look forward to going again and trying something new & different.
