Our high school 55th reunion was held Miller's Ale House. I have to say the manager Dave went out of his way to accommodate setting up tables and helping me call out numbers for my auction since they didn't have a microphone. Dave helped me with anything and everything that was needed. He was right there to make sure things went smoothly. Our class loved ordering off the menu and freely flowing around the space. Enjoyed some good food here with my son. I was in town to visit my college attending son and this spot was recommended by the hotel front desk. Big place, lots of room, and the staff is friendly. Our server, Emma, was professional and efficient. My Cobb Salad was terrific, and my son enjoyed his wonton s and the chicken dish he ordered. Pricing was okay given the service and food quality. Momma Lynn was a delight and very attentive. She made the specials seem so good that's all we consumed. I've been here a few times but only sat at the bar but I wanted a different experience and it was a good one. I should've only eaten half of my meal but it was so good I couldn't stop. I didn't order desert though so I should get some points for that. Also, the food was flavorful but not overbearing. I would want to order it again when I go back but I want to try some more items. The point is, you should stop by even if it's just to have a drink and watch the game. For local sports, it's a good place to be (I think). I really liked this place a lot. We showed up with a party of eight, and after sitting down, added three more due to our group being part of a larger one in town. The staff was super accommodating and gave us two very large tables next each other as they had another large party arriving. They were super friendly and the wait-staff was fantastic. The beer options are spectacular. You really can't go wrong here. As far as the food, I got the Prime Burger and it was fantastic. My wife got the Mimi's fiesta chicken and shrimp bowl. We came for some drinks and appetizers. as we had somewhere to go after. sounds easy, you'd think. waited 20 minutes for two appetizers that you fry. the calamari and the spinach artichoke dip. Great place with your standard bar food. Nachos are always good and also the boneless wings. Dessert was great, as well bc/ I ate it all. It was the chocolately dessert. Batman was our bartender and he was always on point with coming around and servicing us. But he's always excellent anyway, no matter where he's at. Food and service were below average. Upon arrival we ordered drinks. I was the only one to order a beer. 2 waters came out after 5 minutes, a Diet Coke 5 minutes later and at that time I was told the keg was out of the beer I wanted. I requested a different beer so I didn't have to wait any longer and that took another 10 minutes. 20 minutes for a beer - and did not arrive until our entrees were coming out. The worst part (and didn't realize until I got home) they charged me for the original beer I didn't get!! My kids ordered strawberry lemonades, and they hated them, and zingers Mac and cheese was just ok. My wife and I ordered Mimi's fiesta chicken and shrimp. When the plates hit the table we knew it was a joke. The food almost looked fake or not fresh at best. Needless to say we didn't finish and felt gross after eating. The waitress then took another 10 minutes to get our check. We spent more time waiting on our waitress than she did on us! It was a lousy meal, and the service was no better!! Ive been coming here for years. For a time in my life, we would come here EVERY weekend. I even had my first date with my husband here eight years ago. I'll admit we haven't been here in maybe three years and decided to come here for a dinner with my husbands family. What in the world has happened? We first ordered the chicken nachos. This used to be the best thing in the world and would easily feed multiple people. Noticed today that there was a price for it to be large now. Understood as they were huge. We figured no problem, just get the large so we can have what we always wanted. Well, we ordered the large nachos and It came out a quarter of the size that the original order used to be for $16! On top of it, they were not very tasty and had a weird cheese sauce in the middle of the plate which took up so much room. We also ordered calamari as an appetizer. I had maybe two rings. They tasted fishy and old. Beyond gross. As for meals, my father in law ordered a half rack of ribs. Millers would be lucky if it was even considered a quarter rack of ribs. This is something else we used to order pretty often. I felt so bad recommending it. My husband and brother in law got a French dip prime rib sandwich. It was cut so awkwardly and messy that it fell apart before even picking it up off the plate. For six of us (including a little under six years old), our bill came to $180 for nearly inedible food. It was beyond disappointing to the point where only one of the five grown adults even finished their meal. It's so sad because this once was a consistently good place to meet up with friends to grab food. I don't understand how the quality slipper so heavily. read more

I was hoping to love it, but I didn't. Popped in here to try out their prime rib special. We didn't have reservations, so we enjoyed a $4 margarita at the bar before sitting down. I did like the "zingers", which are basically chicken tenders. As far as the prime rib, though - wasn't a fan. It looked like a cheap cut of meat and it arrived looking like a brown piece of leather - so unappetizing that I did a double-take. I was hungry so I scarfed down the baked potato. I didn't have the heart to finish anything but the handful of bites I took out of the meat, so I put it in the freezer when I got home. We had a nice server though. The food is always done pretty well and a great selection of beers on tap from craft to domestic, which makes it easy for any beer drinker to find something to enjoy. We started with mozzarella sticks and calamari. My husband loves the calamari at Miller's. My husband ordered the steak and fried shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and rice. The mashed potatoes weee cold the steak was slightly over cooked. I ordered the chicken parm with fettuccine Alfredo. I just wanted Alfredo but I didn't see that option. Kind of a weird combo. Chicken parm was crispy but lacked any flavor, it was lousy. The Alfredo was just ok. We also ordered a slice of cheesecake and the consistency was weird and off, kind of flaky not creamy at all. So the food was mediocre but then our waitress disappeared forever. My husband stood up and finally found her but then she went to the table next to us and almost walked away again with addressing us which we had been finished our meal for at least 10 minutes and after such a long day we just wanted to eat and go. read more

In South Jersey for a wedding and decided to pop into Miller's Ale House because it shared a parking lot with our hotel (ALoft). We saw this dish that sounded interesting and went for that. The "Zingers Mountain Melt" is their signature chicken tenders (zingers) tossed in your choice of sauce then topped with bacon, cheddar jack cheese, and scallions over fries. We got it tossed in the standard buffalo but I prefer more heat than my counter part and I chose to get their 5 pepper fire sauce on the side. The Mountain Melt was quite good. The fries weren't soggy (which I kind of expected them to be), and adding bacon and cheese hot could you not love it!? The 5 pepper sauce however, did not live up to the hype. It was hot, but definitely not hot enough for the claims it made. All in all a good meal with zero drive time to get there. Bonus! read more

The service is as expected for a chain of restaurants, the serves are friendly but not the fastest. The drinks here are not super cheap and as expected for a chain, the specialty cocktails are pretty watered down. STRAWBERRY AND COCONUT MOJITO- Pretty nice in size and as expected watered down, I also did not taste the coconut at all, the taste I picked up on this drink was strawberry and lime, so I was a bit disappointed as I do love coconut and that was the reason I ordered the drink. CHEESE CURDS- AMAZING!! this is the best appetiser I have had in years! the size is perfect for sharing with your date. they serve this with a RANCH and a spicy HONEY sauce, and the honey sauce is pretty awesome, so much so that we even drizzled on some of our main dishes. FETTUCCINI ALFREDO WITH SHRIMP- this is a pretty good dish, the serving size is pretty generous and enough to share if not too hungry. they are also pretty generous on the amount of shrimp in the meal. the only down part is that you need to ask for the parmesan cheese if you are like me and like a cheesy pasta. but besides that this is a pretty good meal ZINGER MAC AND CHEESE- the Mac and cheese is hands down one of the best I have ever had, the zinger was pretty good and spicy too! the both tied the dish together to perfection. DONUTS- these are ok, it reminds me of a funnel cake from a carnival. it was good but not at all an impressive kind of dessert. Miller's was next to the hotel I stayed at for the weekend. One of the hotel employees highly recommended that we try it. Positives: The Caribbean Jerk Wings were great! Others in my party ordered the Medium and Honey Barbecue wings. They enjoyed their dishes as well. While eating dinner we were able to watch many different sporting events on one of the numerous TVs throughout the establishment. Negatives: Our service was lacking. Our server did not offer our table refills on our drinks a single time. Two of us ordered a side of fries with our wings; however, those fries never made it to our table. When mentioned to our server, he did not realize that they did not come out. It could have easily been resolved if he checked on us after other workers brought out or food. If you like ordering large orders of wings with different flavors (ie 12 wings with half as teriyaki and the other half as mango habanero) you have to order multiple smaller orders of wings for the different flavors. It could be a local thing, but we can split large orders with different flavors where I am from. Overall, the ambiance and the food were awesome. If you want a place to go for a drink, enjoy some good wings, and watch some sporting events, this place will meet your needs. If I am ever in the area again, I may consider eating here again. read more

Millers is a nice restaurant with a great selection of beers, wine and of course food. I ordered the steak fajitas and the wife, chicken fajitas. Kristen was our waitress. She brought her wonderful personality to the table. She took our drink order, I told her to bring me an ipa that she recommends, yum. She brought my wife a very tall blue moon (same price add the small, so she upped it) and my ipa which was a spellbound. Her service was excellent.
