I chose them because they make the cakes with love, using fresh ingredients and traditional methods. The service was incredible, they were proactive in finding out the best way to deliver, and very uncomplicated in sorting out the type of cake and how to deliver it. I did not try the cake (a cheesecake topped with fresh fruit), but was assured by the recipient that it was incredible. Payment was very easy - paypal in this case, and the price was very reasonable.
