Absolutely horrible experience!!! And I'm not one to write negative reviews or reviews period. Had to send them my book ( 5x8 ) for a quote, which is understandable. Quote was $160, which I thought was a little much. Had another 5x8 book by the same author in the same condition so I mailed it to OnLine Binding in Jacksonville, FL. Their quote was $60. I contacted Miller's and asked to just return the book. No problem but it would be $25 to ship it back...which was more than the $8 it cost me to send it to them, but that was o.k. In two weeks after numerous calls, emails and voice mails, etc with absolutely no reply I finally reached Mrs. Miller and was informed that the book wouldn't be return shipped until they received the $25. How was I to know that? Assumed they would send an invoice when it was returned. OK...my book is now hostage for $25 and btw...she won't take a credit card so I have to send a her check. Which I did...two weeks after my check had been cashed...still no book....called and called, emailed; no response.
