We jumped through so many hoops trying to get the medicine I truly needed. This went on for weeks, then we were told one day they had it in stock but when we went to get it the very next day we were told they had been out of it for a long time and had no idea when it would be back in stock. Basically we were lied to. My daughter was always treated rudely by one employee when she would go in to get my refills. It was ridiculous to treat someone this way. Finally upon realizing we were lied to, I moved my account to the Wal Mart Pharmacy and I had my diabetes meds the very next day. No hold ups, no problems of any kind. It has truly been an awful experience, but we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt until it was putting my health in danger. Thank you to the staff at the Walmart Pharmacy.

One weekend, my son dropped the bottle and the pharmacist on call came in for me and made the drug for my child. Pleasant staff, courteous service and clean store. The pharmacist is willing to answer any questions you may have. My husband has a hard time swallowing larger tablets and he offered to compound his medications in order for him to take them without the fear of choking. They are always striving to make an ordinary trip to the pharmacy feel like a visit with "family"!

But today was the last straw. As I was checking out, I tried to have small talk with her, but she consistently made grunting noises whenever I asked her a question. She is truly a horrible person and should not be in the public arena. I have spoken to several people who say the exact same thing. This lady has to be fired. She is a bad name in customer service.

When I called my local CVS to ask for the district manager's number, I was told by Justin, they weren't allowed to give it out, and Justin was very apologetic. Why do they make it so hard to talk to upper management? What are they afraid of, are they trying to suppress complaints. My complains is this- I am disabled and today I was refused cashier service and told I had to use self checkout only, which I didn't want to do, but what makes it worse it the very person that said no than rung up 2 people in line behind me, it's discrimination if you can't accommodate your loyal customers than maybe you should just close your doors. I will say there are some very nice employees at this Walmart so that saves them some for sure. Things being stocked is hit or miss. Drive up pickup is the worst at this Walmart out of the many we have dealt with. We have had numerous issues of various kinds with them. There are things they'll mark as out of stock when it's definitely in stock. According to their pick up members they've been out of stock of bananas, bread, milk, and other items almost every time in the recent past. Sometimes I'll send my husband in for the items that were marked out of stock and almost every time he finds the items exactly where they're supposed to be and far from out of stock. The bathrooms are usually pretty okay. The handicap accessibility is pretty good at this store as they are usually pretty good about having their carts charged and ready for individuals who need them and they don't block them with the shopping carts. Overall this Walmart has its quirks, but it's not a terrible experience
