Stopped by today at this....... business seems like a poor word to describe it but let's go with…read morethat. My friend made the mistake of buying his bike there and needed some information. While there I noticed their labor rate was lower then I was quoted at another dealership and I needed a very minor/quick adjustment done on my rear shock. I literally just needed them to turn a metal ring about 12 times that is easily accessible without needing to remove a thing. 10 minutes work, and I was willing to pay the 50 dollar half hour labor rate because I don't have the tool and can't do it myself right now. The response? I was talking to 2 guys, one decided to walk off mid sentence, sorry but I find that rude. The younger one, the "mechanic" literally laughed in my face and said "I don't work on Can Ams." I guess it's too complicated for him, or he just has a piss poor attitude and the owner doesn't mind losing business. Nobody takes pride in that place, you can tell. I honestly thought it was closed, the windows are in a terrible state, looks like it was condemned years ago, ceiling tiles are falling down smelling of mildew from the roof leaks. Floors are filthy. An elderly gentleman with a dog was talking to us at the front door, he made us promise to spread the word, wish granted. I will never offend your business by offering you work again.

It took them 8+ weeks to complete the recall. During that time I had to call multiple times a week for a up date on my bike. The service department didn't make any effort to communicate with me until I demanded to talk with a manager after being told my bike was being worked on only to find out it had never been started. At one point I was told they couldn't work on my bike because the guy who did work on the spyder was out only to find out in the same phone call they had a spyder currently being worked on and the manager said they would get to mine that day. I was told on 2 occasions my bike would be ready by a certain point and it wasn't done to a week plus later. I figured with the name this store would treat me as well as the one in Columbus but that was a huge mistake. Don't waste you time or energy just go to Columbus. This store is worthless.

First, Since I move here a couple months ago they have been almost imposible to work with (because…read morethey dont follow up mainly) Iv been in store and called and left a message with employees 5 times with the promise of a call back and more information for an issue I have with my bike...I have received zero help or call backs. Secondly is their price gouging. PCB and FWB Harley are right down the road and will beat Dothan by hundreds. Services and normal wear items are out of this world expensive here. $500+ for a tire?!? Absolutely insane! PCB will put the exact same tire, mounted and balanced for $279. Everyone told me this dealership was trash and I tried to give it chance. I spend a significant amount of money with Harley, and I ride roughly 20-30 thousand miles a year on my bikes. I'll be taking my business to PCB Harley from now on, which is a shame since I live right down the road. Also a shame given I'm looking to buy a new bike this spring and gotta drive an hour away to go do business but it is what it is. I'm not the only one with these complaints. Most people Iv spoken with warned me before hand. If anyone at the dealership reads this, please figure it out. It be nice to use the dealership that's 10 min down the road.

My recent customer service experience with Red Hills Powersports in Tallahassee FL. I must admit I…read morewas pleasantly surprised, some might even say shocked at the level of service I received. The Service Dept. was able to service my bike and leave it running in tip top operating condition, just in time to enjoy this Fall weather. My bike sat for a year and a half in my garage needless to say the fuel system became an issue. After discussing my situation with Cody the Store Manager we were able to get my bike there and they started on the repairs, a week later my bike was ready Just purring like a kitten. Adam the service Advisor recommended some additional repairs which at the time I could not afford, although I did let him know I would try and get the issue resolved sooner than later. I am seriously considering trading my bike in on a newer one perhaps a 2018 Indian Scout Bobber? Still trying to negotiate with Cody a mutually agreed upon deal. Cody is very appreciative of former, retired and Active Duty Military members and is willing to squeeze blood out of a turnip if he has to, to win your business. I am waiting to see if we can shake hands on a great deal for both of us. In the event that we can't, I still want to praise his management style and most of all, his willingness to go above and beyond the required due diligence in customer service. He is a very tough but fair negotiator. I recommend his shop to any of my friends and coworkers for servicing their bikes. The sales guy knew I wasn't going to buy from him and he still spent about 20 minutes going over the defender and answering any questions I had. If I lived anywhere close to this place it would definitely have my business based off the sales guy's knowledge and the way he conducted himself.
