Jake (salesman) was absolutely phenomenal at showing us other options and while we didn't buy a minivan from Boswell Honda, I was highly impressed of their care and dedication to customer satisfaction. Fast forward to October 2024 and my family is in the market for another used car. Well, we looked at all the Dothan and Ozark dealerships and I finally saw a car at the Boswell GMC. I called, spoke with Cory (salesman) who confirmed it was still available. We showed up, Cory was ready for us to test drive and answer all the questions. He was very thorough with his answers and was part of the deal for this particular traded in car. I let my husband negotiate, we reached an agreement, and then the Finance person came in to seal the deal. To my surprise it was Jake! Jake explained the financing process and told us it might be delayed due to it being after hours. I was very direct with the maximum monthly payment I would pay. The next morning I got a call from Cory with great news: the payments were lower than my max limit. There were a few other hangups that Cory and Jake worked out. I came later that day to pick up my new-to-me car! I highly recommend Sam Boswell dealerships! If you can go see Cory and have the opportunity to finance with Jake, you won't regret it! In conversations with the shop, they even revealed a mechanic had "taken it home on the weekend" to work on it -- admirable effort maybe, but completely unprofessional. When the shipper came, the car wasn't fully put back together: several items were installed improperly, part of the grille was tossed in the passenger seat, and the car was absolutely filthy. The air conditioner repair (the whole reason it was in the shop) still wasn't working -- again, after six weeks. I'll concede this is a classic car, but if you don't have the expertise to work on one, you shouldn't agree to provide service.

Robert of A & W Quality RV Repair was the only one to call back. He listened to the symptoms - dead A/C with 32 Degrees showing on the thermostat and no fan blowing. Robert quickly diagnosed the issue as the temp was showing in celsius not fahrenheit. He patiently walked me through resetting the temp and the A/c came back to life. For perspective, we live and travel full time in our RV…read more Due to a combination of poor planning and bad decisions we had a dually tire blow out on a highway a few miles from Farmer's Tire Center. We called them and they reached out to a guy that does local mobile tire repair. However, he was unavailable. So even though they don't offer a mobile service they sent one of their shop employees out with a spare and a Jack to take care of us. As if that wasn't enough they trusted us to follow him back to get the rest of our back tires replaced and pay. Who does that anymore? We may have caught them at an especially generous and vulnerable period- I don't know. But what I do know is they took care of us at an especially vulnerable period! He had the tires I needed after telling me that if he didn't that he could get them same day. He worked me in with the other customers. Staff was friendly and helpful. They found a missing endcap on one axle. The owner had one of the workers go down the street to get the pet I needed. It only took a few extra minutes and was at cost. Overall amazing service. I highly recommend to anyone.

I've been here three times in about the last year or so, I heard they were good. First time was…read morefor an alignment, second time I asked them to pressure test for a coolant leak, last time for tire mount and balance. First visit I had no issues. Second visit they were unable to find the leak, so I took it to the Ford dealership and they were able to find and fix the same day (spoiler alert, it was the heater core hose, guys). Last visit earlier this year I took in wheels and tires for mount and balance. They had them for a month before I just came and took them back to try somewhere else. They were able to get 3/4 of them done. They absolutely destroyed the finish on all four of the wheels, so severely in fact that in some places the metal surface of the wheel is also damaged. Against my better judgement, when I was asked if they could use ether to help seat the bead, I trusted them and said "do what you gotta do". Well, the guy used so much of the stuff it appears that the sidewall of one of the tires actually caught on fire. Goodbye warranty. This also destroyed the tire pressure monitor so completely that it doesn't even know what a psi is anymore. Tremendously disappointed to have had my things treated this way. Here's the kicker, I was still charged for mount and balance x4 even though they couldn't get the last one finished. I had to take it to Discount Tire in Dothan to finish the job. Which they did, by the way in about an hour. I guess it helps when you've got the right equipment and know what you're doing. Who knew? Aside from the poor work ethic there was absolutely no communication from them during the entire month they had the wheels and tires. Moral of the story is find a different shop. As far as I'm concerned this place is a barrel of monkeys.
