This is one of our go to spots in Findlay. Our food is always so good, very fresh, the meat is good quality and the pickles are so crunchy. If you're a pickle person that matters! The fries are seasoned well and very crispy. We always order to go and have not had a bad experience. I will say it's a little pricey if you're feeding a whole family, but for quality food I feel like the trade off is worth it. The service is always fast and friendly and it's literally and old school car hop. The root beer floats are authentic and homemade, so good. The restaurant in and of itself is a total vibe. Findlay does a lot of old car shows and you can see all the old timers head here after and enjoy it like the 1950's are still here. read more

I specifically told them the size of my group. They grossly recommended not enough food. My group was left hungry and one person had nothing to eat. The Mac and cheese is awful. I think it had been sitting there all day. Super hard and gross to even look at. No one ate it. Brisket good and wings decent. I wouldn't order from there again. read more

The best parts first: The smoked meats are fantastic. I bought 1 rack of baby back ribs and 2 1/2 chickens. I purchased on Saturday to have for Father's Day dinner on Sunday. The meat reheated beautifully, I wrapped with tinfoil and set the oven at 225 degrees and the meat stayed moist and tasty. The not so good parts: I did not get what I went in to purchase. I originally planned only to buy ribs but they only had one rack of baby backs left (baby back was not my first choice). I arrived at 3:00 and I bought the very last rack of ribs available even though they are open until 6:30. I was disappointed but learned a valuable lesson, go early or place an order to be picked up. Finally, the employee working the deli counter did not have great customer service skills. If my husband had not specifically asked for this dinner I would have left without placing an order. Now that I know the meats are tasty I will overlook bad attitudes in the future but for a first time customer it was very off putting. read more

Their smoke chicken wings were great, the ribs were okay, Mac n cheese was decent. Their loaded potato salad was not edible the potatoes were not fully cooked, potatoes were still crunchy. Unfortunately they didn't sell sliced brisket but overall probably the best bbq spot this town has. read more

Lunch combos are the best deal in town. For a little over $6 you get a sandwich and two sides with a drink. Lots of sides to choose, but I always settle on the baked beans and vinegar slaw (they also have a creamy slaw but I prefer the vinegar). I switch out my sandwich order between brisket, pulled pork, ham loaf and sausage - but my sides are a constant. I have never had better baked beans! Their smoker is the best advertisement you could ask for. It billows smoke for passing traffic to catch a whiff of their daily menu items. read more

This joint is an absolute gem in the area, and if you're on the fence about visiting, take my advice and JUST DO IT. I can't find a single thing to complain about. The price is right, and the food is outrageously good. Looking from the street, you'd never be able to tell this place from a hole in the wall. When you walk through the doors the game absolutely changes, and the smell let's you know these guys mean business. Ribs, wings, brisket, pulled pork, and all the sides a guy could want. The right amount of smoke, and fabulous cuts of meat. Miller's is also a butcher shop! So, they can take care of your grumbling belly for raw or cooked meats, and have a nice selection of local treats. I love this place. Take note that there is no dine-in section. I tried this barbecue for the first time today it was okay but a little bit disappointed the menu said brisket I was expecting sliced smoked brisket not pull beef in a cup so I was a little disappointed about that the ribs what very tender but okay and flavor but the sides were really disappointed the green beans taste like they came fresh out the can with no seasoning and the potato salad what's more mayonnaise and mustard than they were potatoes and the brisket in a cup was really salty read more

Excellent cuts of meat, great service, worth the drive to stop by. We live 1 hour away, so we always try to stop and pick-up some steaks when we're in town.. Catering is great as well, my mother has use Millers quite a few times. All around you'll have a hard time finding this type of meat at their prices anywhere else. read more

Went to Millers today, I would normally go to Toledo for my favorite butcher since im from there but moved to this area. I ask the butcher for cut these ribeyes for me. He says no he likes his steaks 1inch thick. So for $54 of steaks I came home and cut them myself. Not a good way to run a business. Your a butcher house you can cut this. Go to Toledo for a butcher that will help you and make you happy so very not happy right now. House of meats much better. read more

Very disappointing - seems to be no consistency in quality. We tried their smoked cooked chicken last week and it was tender, tasty, falling off the bone. Bought it again this week to be surprised by both a 20% increase in price plus it was only half cooked. Pink inside, and tough. When I called to let them know the chicken wasn't cooked (I think it might have been the owner who answered), it was clear he wasn't interested, and didn't want to be bothered. We were lucky enough to find this gem when our daughter attended The University of Findlay. We stop every time we are in town! We butcher our own beef so we tend to be pretty pick when it comes to meat. You won't find anything better, stop in and try it out. A couple of our favorites....the BACON, who doesn't love bacon, this is by far the best we have ever had. The beer brats are a favorite as is the ham steak. Great place for the University kids to stop and grab a sandwich or a quick dinner, prices are friendly. read more

Walked in Saturday April 15th around 6:30 PM. My mistake for trying to buy cooked meat after 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Anyhow, the 1/2 chicken was small and looked like it had been in the warm case for quite a while. I was hungry so my standards were a bit on the low side. The 1/2 rack of ribs looked OK but not great. After paying $14.50 and driving home I discovered the chicken was tiny and dried out. Did manage to pull some meat from the breast, I was hungry. Had to heat the ribs in the microwave for a minute to loosen them up so I could cut them off the bones. Dry and not tasty at all but I did eat about 1/2 of what I had purchased. $14.50? I was getting upset and thought it was a mistake to stop in at all. Just didn't taste good, portion was small for 1/2 of this and 1/2 of that. Decided to stop in the following Tuesday to ask for a refund or replacement with something more edible. Was basically told to hit the road. NO refund, NO replacement food. Nothing. Their reasoning was I had eaten most of what I purchased. NO... Wrong..... I had eaten some of the tiny 1/2 chicken and some of the dried out 1/2 ribs. NEVER going near that place again. Do yourself a favor, if you see the smoker just keep trucking down Trenton Avenue and hit KFC or somewhere, anywhere else. read more

As much as I like to support local businesses I just can't shop at this store anymore. The customer service is horrible. The attitude of the young men who work in the shop is ridiculous. I had the misfortune of going into the store (last visit) and hearing profanity. Apparently two of the boys are the owner's grandsons so it doesn't really matter how poorly they behave. It makes me wonder if the same attitude toward customer service extends to the product as well. read more
