And of course she got the wrong size so I took them back today to get a new pair jeans or a refund. The manager said that they do not stock too manyodd number sizes. That They can order a pair for me. Since I didn't want to wait for them to order a pair jeans I asked for a refund. To my surprise she said the only way they would allow me to receive a refund was to put it on the card purchased the jeans or they could give me a card that could only be only be used at their store. So to make a long story short to get a refund on my wife will have to make another trip to the store with her card to get a refund. This is the last time that they will ever see me in there their store. I guess the good thing is at least nobody from out of town or out of state gave me a gift that came from this group of stores. PS I asked the manager what was the difference between the these jeans and the jeans at Walmart same Brand at half the price and she couldn't tell me!

He measured and marked the pants, and took my payment with indifference. On the day of the scheduled pickup, I was called to come in and have the pants re-marked for alteration. Sometime during the time the measurements were made and the pickup time was scheduled, the person who was actually going to hem the pants discovered what appeared to be random tailoring marks, making it impossible for her to know where to hem them. It was stated that no mark on a leg matched any mark on the other leg. When I came in to get re-measured, I was greeted well, and the gentleman who did the measuring was very considerate, asking me several questions about the occasion to which I would be wearing the pants, and while the pants were being altered, brought me a bottle of chilled water and engaged me in pleasant conversation. If not for the first visit, I would be giving this establishment a 5-star rating. Perhaps the person who I interacted with first was just having a bad day.

That wasn't a problem even though the person to checkout right in front of me was told his suit alterations would be done within 2 days (he was a VIP customer & I was a first time client) ok I get it. I gave the alterations an extra day and drove over 40 miles to pick up the clothes. After not finding my order the owner went to check with the alterations person. He came out and told me they weren't ready and didn't say when they would be. I expressed that I was told I could pick up my order on Tuesday the 25th and it is now Wednesday afternoon? Again zero information of when a "Non-VIP Customer" could pick-up their clothes. The owners resolve was to refund my money! Not I apologize and will get right on it. No I got the covid excuse of why they couldn't call me to let me know it would be delayed and when I could expect to pick up my clothes. Needless to say I accepted the refund and initially was charged again for the order and the owner had a staff member correct the error to the error. I understand that the options for high end clothing is minimal at best in Tyler and Harley's doesn't need new clients to shop in their store. So, old money this store caters to you as your alterations can be completed within one to two days. For the rest of us willing to pay top dollar for clothing well good luck.
