Clean Freaks has always done such a good job, my house sparkles when they're finished. The first time they came in they deep cleaned my house and cleaned things that's never crossed my mind to clean them before. Now they maintain their work and do other tasks like cleaning the refrigerator or folding laundry. I thought it would be kind of weird having people all around in my house, but it hasn't been weird at all. All of the cleaners have been super kind and very professional. I hired this company to paint the interior of my home and cabinets. From a distance, everything…read morelooks fine, but once you get closer, the details and finish quality are poorly executed. Within less than a week, the cabinet paint began flaking and chipping down to bare wood with very light contact, which indicates the surfaces were not properly prepped or primed. There are also visible paint runs, uneven coverage, and areas that appear unsanded or not properly repaired before painting. Because I was concerned, I had two separate professionals come out for second opinions. All of them independently agreed the preparation was done incorrectly and that the cabinets and door jambs will likely need to be redone. I've been told it will cost me thousands of dollars to properly fix. I paid several thousand dollars expecting durable, professional results, and this has been very disappointing. I'm not sharing this to be harsh, but to help others make an informed decision. Prep work and attention to detail matter, and unfortunately those steps were lacking in my case.

They kicked off the…read moreprocess with a very thorough overview of the process, clearly explained the process, and the painstaking steps they'd take to ensure that our home would be clean and undamaged throughout the process -- they put dropcloths and plastic over anything that could get paint or debris on it, and used a floor covering to protect our floors from any paint or foot traffic from the crew. All in all, it was above and beyond the sort of precautions I'd ever expect -- but obviously hugely appreciated! The work itself was done incredibly efficiently and with a very high level of craft. As part of the job, they painted our trim, doors and installed new baseboards and hardware. All of that work was done very quickly, and with a very high level of craftsmanship. We were so happy with the work, we hired them a few weeks later to tackle the exterior of our home, and the team was incredibly helpful in consulting on how to pick colors, how to approach the trim, gutters and front door. Again, the team was incredibly thoughtful about protecting our home during the process, and the crew was INCREDIBLY efficient. The entire exterior -- including initial prep and cleaning work -- only took 3 days from start to finish. We've been thrilled with Ibanez and have recommended them to many friends. They painted our picket fence in our front yard and did a great job and took care to prevent paint from getting on our vehicles, plants, or on the sidewalk.
