My husband has been seeing them since March, until today when they decided to throw in an additional charge they claimed we owed from his first visit. They could not explain why it cost more other than blaming it on a high deductible. But wait, here is the problem... it wasnt about the deductible or what would be covered, it was about how much they quoted outside of insurance involvement. When he tried to get a better explanation, the office clerks became hateful while the doctor hid in a room down the hall (literally). They were unable to properly explain their reasoning for demanding more money and told my husband to go home and read his insurance policy, continuing to act like it was a policy issue instead of a bait and switch on services and fees. My husband left, went home, and did call the insurance company (of course it wasn't the insurance company that did anything wrong but they were able to provide us with what we needed to know). While he was on the phone, 3 police officers showed up at our door advising him that the doctors office called them because he had left mad and they didnt know what he would do. Lol He didnt make any threats... or even say anything that could be taken as one. He did not even scream at anyone. The cops seemed to get a chuckle out of the entire thing. I realize there are two sides to every story but here is ours. There are multiple doctors offices in the area, we highly recommend somewhere other than JACKSON HEALING ARTS.

So I decided it was time to get some professional help to resolve the issue, as well as relief from the pain. Dr. John was listed as a chiropractic provider thru my insurance, so i gave him a call. He was able to see me right away. I had a history of rib and facial fractures just a few months prior, so I was concerned that traditional manual chiropractics might not work for me. He took x-rays, was very thorough with H&P, and was able to help me using his computerized diagnostic and adjusting device. This thing was high tech and amazing! It actually displayed the images on the screens (one for him and a little one for you too see; as you are bent over during the procedure). Using this machine, he was able to work on my back without exerting any pressure on my ribs. And hallelujah, after several visits, I was pain free and back to enjoying life again! Since I moved I have not been able to find one in the area with very good reviews, and it makes me nervous. I just have not gone. If I make it back to Nebraska I go to the original Chiropractor that I started with. I do believe though, I have found myself a new one Dr. Kody Berrong is very kind, gentle, informative and has an amazing bedside manner. I love that he not only is a chiropractor, but he also is licensed in acupuncture and also another treatment that I do not remember the name to. LOL It works amazing for pain!! His rates are extremely affordable with or without insurance. I highly recommend his abilities.

Dr. Davis gave him a thorough plan of treatment which included exercises to be performed at home and cold laser therapy twice weekly. Within 2 weeks, Brian could feel a difference. In roughly, 6 weeks, Brian was almost as good as new. I will say that he was very consistent with his at home exercises and his visits to Dr. Davis. If you ask us, Dr. Davis definitely beat having surgery. Brian was able to stay active while receiving treatment instead of being down for weeks.
