BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went in to Techy this afternoon as the back of my iphone was cracked due to an old and bad battery. I went in to Lamar who told me he could fix it no problem as well as replace the battery. While he was taking down my information, I received a phone call and Lamar heard the entire conversation and knew my phone was working just fine - there were no problems with the phone itself, just the cracked back. When I went to pick it up three hours later, it was NOT WORKING AT ALL. I asked Lamar for help several times and he told me he was too busy. I left the store and then went back in and demanded he look at it. He told me it was my carrier, I knew it was NOT the carrier as it was working just fine as I said. I ran quickly to Xfinity in the same plaza and at first they said it was not working because I had no Sim card, (Lamar removed the SIM card and did not put it back) so I ran back over and Lamar swore he did not touch the Sim card. I went back to xfinity and they were kind enough to give me a new SIM card but the phone would not work at all. They said they had never seen all the error messages, they called their top guy in to help me and he could not fix anything, he called HQ and said that TECHY definitely broke my phone and the only hope I have is the apple store. I went back to TECHY and again LAMAR would NOT look at my phone and told me I was crazy and he did not touch the card or do anything to my phone. Um, why is it now broken? I am now home at 8pm with no phone, no back up phone and will go to apple first thing in the morning. I am so upset, I should have gone to APPLE in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE - they are extremely incompetent and RUDE. I can not believe they get any good reviews. I just went in and re read the reviews and apparently I am not the only one whose phone they broke. Read the bad reviews before the good ones, I wish I had. I am giving one star so this goes through, but if I could i would give MINUS 1000.

They want me to buy a 10 hour support block at 175/hour. THEY WILL WANT YOU TO PAY $1750 JUST TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROBLEM AND POTENTIALLY FIX IT. POTENTIALLY! AS IN NO GUARANTEE! Then if they consume those 10 hours trying to repair it and it is not resolved you need to sign another agreement!!! THEY REFUSED TO TROUBLESHOOT ON THE PHONE! This company is a cancer to my business and has absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. 10 AM - "We have a technician in the car heading to you, they will arrive in 1hr 30min. Please have our check ready." 11:30 AM - "We will not dispatch the technician until you have confirmed that they check is ready" -- Already did this on the phone. Twice. Sent an email this 3rd time. 11:45 AM - "The technician will arrive within the hour as long as we have an agreement on purchasing 10 hours of block time." 12:30 PM - "The technician has just been dispatched, they will arrive within the hour." This company is a joke. This isn't the first time something like this happens either. I am sure there are some very knowledgeable technicians working there, but their business operations simply do not work. This company is clearly more concerned about collecting payment than correcting the issue. NO customer service. NO urgency. NO help.

I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.
