The sales team will do anything to get your signature even if its blatant lies. Then they treat you like a worthless nobody upon delivery even if you just dropped over 75k on a new vehicle. They will also keep your purchased vehicle's info in their website's used vehicle inventory for months after to promote as a loss leader to lure unsuspecting prospective buyers. Then I met the Sales Manager Alex Cochrane which is a bigger Liar and a bigger thief. I traded my 2021 Jeep Cherokee which they did not know had snow tires they gave me 47500.00 trade in and they told me I had to leave the snow tires with the Jeep as he says it is the Law which was Bullshit. I purchased the snow tires on a 90 day no interest no payment then when I traded the Jeep I was told the tires had to be paid off before the trade which they were going to pay for then I found out they added the 1838.00 to the contract. A shady dealer you should absolutely mistrust! I was treated like a piece of garbage. Zero customer service skills from salesman OR GM! I bought a $100k+ car from this dealer. I left a deposit with salesman Sean G. At the time of me leaving a deposit he advised me that "we don't hold on to deposits you can get it back anytime". The vehicle I put the deposit down for was for a "launch edition" vehicle. Later I was advised it was no longer going to be a "launch edition". I relegated to being stuck with it and let it be. Later a friend of mine advised he had gotten a $7k discount from another dealer on the same vehicle. When I inquired about getting a similar discount, this is how the salesman (Sean G.). responded with three words. "Not gonna happen". To which (STUNNED at such a rude response)I replied okay then I will purchase elsewhere. His response? "No refunds"! Whaaa... but you said??? He doubles down sending me another email stating (and this is the best one) " You signed an agreement" (meaning too bad so sad). Needless to say I had choice words for him and asked for the GMs name and number. Surely, the GM is more reserved, has better command of how to deal with an angry customer right? Nope. Rob N. the GM was waiting for my call the next day having been prepped by Sean G. he reiterated he was giving me a zero discount off the full MSRP. Now madder than hell. I look for the Milton Chrysler owner's phone number. Surely he wants to hear how his staff interact with customers (now it's no longer about the discount but the disrespectful tone from both of the employees)? No where to be found. I'm still going to buy the car of course being the honourable guy that I am but just want to warn other UNSUSPECTING buyers shopping for a new car from Milton Chrysler that this is about the shadiest zero customer friendly place, stuck in 1972 type of sales mentality where the stereotypical car salesman is alive and kicking, they smile up front and laugh at your back. Took my truck in and was advised I needed a "new gasket for my split differential" which was the cause of an oil leak. Took it into a different dealer...the cause of the "drip" was water and a bag of ice melt in the cab. I'm covered under warranty, so the financial hit would have been to Chrysler and my time 3.5hrs waiting for "repair" that wasn't needed. read more

This review is not only for the dealership but Mopar entirely. I bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee less then a year ago, recently i discovered a white dot in my head units screen. Upon taking the vehicle in to Milton Chrysler i was told that the screen will not be covered under warranty as despite the dead pixel the screen is in working condition. The screen has no functions where the dot has appeared but Mopar has said the dealer claimed it "could be" user damage. The dot is where the time shows, so what i pushed too hard on the clock??? Upon talking to Mopar (FCA) i asked if you buy a TV and a pixel goes in the screen what do you do when you're under warranty? his response was we are not in TV sales so i don't know but anyone would take it in for warranty. You are in screen sales as your vehicles all have screens but clearly Mopar does not care to assure their products work properly. WITHOUT PREJUDICE Went into Milton Chrysler dealership on Feb. 21st informing them that I was interested in buying the 2017 Challenger GT. They were not aware that it came in AWD. Had to contact corporate to confirm. That should have been my first indicator of incompetence, or just a general lack of knowledge. Regardless, we came to an agreement on price, for vehicle and options, and I left a deposit. Fast forward one month and we go to pick up our car. That evening I discover that the wrong radio head unit is installed. Not as simple as a nav/ no nav situation, but a difference in the 3rd generation being installed, when the 2017 Challengers, Chargers, and 300s were to come with the 4th generation Uconnect infotainment system. Less than 24 hours later I'm at the dealership letting them know what is going on. Long and short of it. "Not our problem. We did nothing wrong. Call Chrysler Canada." So, in contacting FCA Canada, they inform me that "vehicle was built the way the dealership ordered it." Basically, we did nothing wrong. So here's my conundrum. If Milton Chrysler says they didn't do anything wrong, and FCA Canada says they did nothing wrong, why is there a 3rd generation Uconnect head unit in my car, when there should be a 4th, and do I name just the dealership or both as defendants in a simplified process civil procedure?
