I was driving on burilington street in Hamilton and saw my truck at a place called parkdale spring. when I went inside I did not say it was my truck and asked what they do here. they said everything but mostly spring work which was what my truck was in need of and at metro for. I asked if they do a lot of work for metro and they said yes they drop off trucks here all the time. if u are a business and cannot do the work like metro cant do here tell me don't charge me what ever some one else does and mark it up. I got back to him saying if he could get me a used Thule cargo box on kijiji that I would feel like that would make up for all the lack of communication and for their mistake. On the phone Reg said he "stands behind his work and believes in what he does" but ever since that last phone call all he has done is blatantly ignore my text messages. I feel extremely disrespected by Reg and feel like he doesn't care about me at all, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He has waited until today to respond to my review on their service centre trying to cover his ass and wipe everything under the rug. Great job Reg! I'm glad you stand behind your work by ignoring people till they leave you alone.

I also pointed out that I was having electrical dashboard trouble since the car was still under warranty. They could not isolate or fix the problem. Told me to return when the problem was more consistent. 2nd Visit- Brought car back 6 months later when Dashboard was almost inoperable and was told that since the warranty had expired 4 months prior they would not fix it with out a substantial amount paid despite the fact that they had made note of the problem on 1st visit. Car is 2.5 years old and has less then 42000 km on it.

I was selling my Gr Cherokee Overland and she kept accusing me of outright lying about the Jeep and the mileage (even though she never met me nor did she even look at the odometer but said there was no way a Jeep would have such little mileage on it. She called me a liar without any backup OR asking me these questions and assumed the worst. The worst part is that she seemed to have backing from their "management team" which is the worst thing. Heres a thought --- Try to believe people for a change and not assume everyone is a liar. She seemed to lack any intelligence whatsoever and never apologized for her errors in judgement and absolute rudeness. I never write negative reviews but this one I had to. The service department is often very, very busy but the staff is always calm and makes sure to acknowledge everyone waiting which is very helpful when you wonder if they will have time to complete the service you need to have done. The service here is really top notch. My oil changes are always completed quickly, and I have never had an issue with anything they have done. They often go above and beyond what they need to, which helps me know that my business is appreciated. Because of their great service, I am happy to recommend this dealership.
