The bathrooms are also very clean, and they have a family restroom as well which is nice if you're like me, and have a service dog in tow. The car wash takes about five minutes per car, which can sometimes be a problem especially when the weather starts to warm up. I've met some of the most friendly clientele here as well. We had called at least 5 automotive companies and 3 tow truck places to assist us and they all flat out said "NO". Jim's was the only place in the area that answered our need and not only came within 15 minutes but towed us back to Illinois so we could have the support of our family around us while our car got worked on. It was a Friday at 5pm and the after hours charge was minimal. Their prices are set and affordable. We were charged for the mileage to our location, but they didn't rake us over the coals. Our driver was incredibly helpful, he waited for our family to grab our 4 children and then let us ride in the cab with him. Absolutely 10/10 services. I can't thank them enough!
