And a good place to have a drink and relax on the outdoor rooftop patio. We didn't try the food as there are so many good restaurants down at street level that have to excel with the food rather than the view.

The views and ambiance can't get any better! Friendly staff and good drinks (not amazing…read morethough...Aperol spritz was pale orange and didn't have a traditional taste). The food was just okay as well: we've tried hummus and salmon tartar. They do have inside and outside areas: outside has breathtaking views of Galata as you are literally 10 meters away from it but, of course, it can get a bit windy. We were fortunate enough to witness a proposal, and the staff did such a wonderful job with setting everything up. It was so special, even for the random witnesses, like us :) Overall, it's a great place to stop by and enjoy the views with a glass of wine!

Who allowed me to plug my dying phone into the bar. I wish I could remember her name. We split a vegetarian pizza and it was so good. Maybe because we were in Turkiye and the mood was light but everything was perfect. The drinks were amazing. The service was great if I ever visit Turkiye again I would definitely come back.

Disappointing second visit…read more This was our second visit to the restaurant while staying in Istanbul, and unfortunately it was quite disappointing. The food was okay, but it wasn't particularly hot when it arrived. What really left a bad impression, however, was the difference in how we were treated compared with another couple. While we were there, we noticed an older couple being given complimentary nuts and Turkish tea when they received their bill. When our bill arrived, we received neither. We politely mentioned this to the manager, simply asking why there appeared to be a difference in treatment. Unfortunately, rather than explaining the situation or acknowledging our concern, the manager became quite rude towards us. When we received our bill, the manager was also asking for a tip (which is forbidden in Turkey by law since January 2026) as service was not included. I would normally leave a minimum of 10% tip wherever we eat, and have no problem doing so when the service is good. On this occasion, however, I chose not to leave a tip because of the way we had been treated and the way our concern was handled. We have no issue paying for what we order, and we certainly don't expect complimentary items. But when you see other customers receiving something extra and then receive a different level of treatment yourself, it is reasonable to ask about it. The manager's response was the biggest disappointment. One rule for one couple and a different for others. Not ok. Sadly, after two visits, this experience means we would not return.

Visited Ceneviz Cafe after a morning spent exploring the Galata Tower and surrounding neighborhood…read more Walked into this cafe by chance as it was close to the tower. Primarily came for coffee and the bathroom. Party of 6. First priority was a restroom stop. The bathroom was neutral gender. Single stall but clean and well maintained. Second priority was caffeine. Ordered an assortment of lattes and espressos across our group. Coffee was solid and decently priced. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Sat outside as it was a beautiful day. Outdoor was also covered so the sun wasn't beating on us. Just a quick visit. Convensit if exploring Galata Tower.

I think this is a convenient cafe that you can hang out with. What do I mean?…read more I mean is if you are in Anatolia Side of Istanbul, if you are in need of catching a breath while you are waiting for Marmaray ( It is a Tube Underground System under Bosphorus) It is next to Natilus Mall which is another convenient for shopping and parking. Dudes and Dudets :) I like this cafe a lot. I dont get why they have negative feedbacks. If you are expecting a restaurant quality of course you will be disappointed. Relax bros:)!
