We really enjoyed this place. Went for dinner-- which was not crowded at all on this Wednesday. We were a bit concerned at first, but figured it's more known for brunch, after all. And we were a bit early. So, service was excellent, as there were only a few tables seated (by the time we left, there were many more). Waitress was really strong in mentioning specific items and recommendations (although the drink she pushed hardest, she learned after we ordered it that they were out!). Still, we had two good, strong drinks--- one fruity and one a dry martini (with an interesting, totally non-botanical gin, and a very low cost for a well drink these days). For entrees, we got fish and chips and the carbonara. Wife said the fish was very tasty as was the (homemade?) tartar sauce, and malt vinegar provided on the side. I LOVED the carbonara--- very thick, al-dente pasta just coated in the sauce, with a soft-boiled egg on top to mix in and add flavor. It looked small on the plate but was so filling and just tasted lovely. Best carbonara I've had out in a good while. We had a nice toffee brownie covered in ice cream and candied pecans which topped off a wonderful meal. I really would like to go back and try their brunch. But the dinner menu had lots of variety and I'd love trying other dinner items, too. Went to Mimosas in Knoxville for brunch this weekend and I'm officially obsessed. I've been here for dinner before, but brunch was a whole new experience and absolutely lived up to the hype. We were able to get seated pretty quickly but saw the line forming out the door so know that the earlier the better to get there for brunch. Use the parking garage behind it for parking. First of all -- the cheesy truffle breakfast potatoes deserve their own fan club. We heard about the woman in the kitchen who smashes the potatoes to "get her aggression out," and honestly... you can taste the love. Perfectly crispy, cheesy, and addictive. I did the $20 bottomless mimosas and loved that they kept bringing whatever juice flavors we wanted to pair with them. Plus, they use actual fresh-squeezed orange juice -- you can literally see the giant orange juicing machine behind the bar. Such a fun touch and it really makes a difference. Our server, Caden, was precious. Super friendly, attentive, and honest about the menu. Even if he hadn't personally tried something yet, he still gave thoughtful recommendations and explained what sounded best. The bacon, tomato, and avocado Benedict was INSANELY good and the portions were huge. We also tried the ricotta toast and the fig + butternut squash pairing was unexpectedly amazing. Even the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich was incredible and apparently they make their biscuits fresh in house every day. Everything felt fresh, thoughtful, and homemade. Went here with our good friends before a big day of beer festival fun. I was expecting good food, but this exceeded our expectations. Bloody Marys are awesome with bacon and other goods as garnish. We ordered wings, biscuit and smoked sausage. Our friends got full breakfast plates. Tried their potato and it was ridiculously good. The ranch and blue cheese dressings are house made. We were visiting friends and they had been to this spot one time before, so they wanted us to try it. It did not disappoint. We weren't expecting much but it far exceeded any expectations if we even had any. Our servers was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu and while I initially thought he was just being long-winded, I came to appreciate how thorough he was being as it gave us a lot of insight to the menu. Since we had no reference for our good the food would or wouldn't be. We ordered conservatively. And we regretted it because everything was AMAZING. First of all, you must start with a Bloody Mary which has the perfect balance of flavors and is garnished with Benton's bacon. We had wings which were perfectly cooked. Crispy and sauced perfectly with homemade ranch and blue cheese. Yes. Both are in house. Our friends ordered breakfast plates that looked phenomenal. Really glad to get to try and new spot in Knoxville - always fun for new adventures. For our dinner experience I'm a solid 4.5 out of 5 for the visit. The inside looked very modern, open and spared no expense on the available TVs for game days. I can see this being quite crowded when the orange and white are out. Everything was really clean - clean enough even for a bathroom shot, lol. The fish and pizza were both safe picks for us but great dishes. The drinks were tasty as well. I also like they have a garage to themselves - but can see this getting to be hot real estate for most that want to come. Rest assured, more parking is around that area. The food was mediocre at best. Portions are so small compared to the price you pay. None of our party was full after leaving, and we didn't have leftovers. The soup portion is so small just to buy $10 for. The blue grits looked unappetizing. Our server, Carlie, also didn't have a hospitable attitude as she never smiled and seemed like she was forced to be there. As a previous server myself, it made the overall experience even worse. Maybe she was having a bad day, but unfortunately it didn't elevate our experience as we were celebrating a birthday. Ambiance, however, is very cute and modern. Interior design is nicely cozy and well lit. 2/10 overall - I wouldn't recommend coming here for the price, portion, and quality that you get. read more

We were one of the only people in the restaurant at that exact time but for some reason we waited until halfway through our meal before receiving our drink. Even with all of that, I still have to give this place a great review because it's got a great environment and was really a nice and chill vibe. This was our first visit, and unfortunately it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in a very long time. The food itself was good (although very small portions for the price) but every other aspect of the visit was disappointing and left us with no desire to return. Our waitress was largely absent throughout the meal, despite the restaurant being only about half full. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, which was already excessive. Once the food finally arrived, it began getting cold because we then had to wait more than 15 minutes for basic condiments that should have come out with our meal. My husband ordered pancakes and did not receive syrup for over 30 minutes after his meal was served. After repeatedly waiting for our waitress to return, I eventually had to flag down another server just to get syrup and drink refills. Throughout the entire visit, our waitress rarely checked on our table. We were never asked whether we were enjoying our meals, whether we needed refills, or if there was anything else we needed. We spent much of the meal waiting and trying to locate our server. My daughter did not like her French toast, but because our waitress disappeared for such long periods of time, it took quite a while before we could even discuss the issue. When our waitress finally returned, she brought the manager to our table. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or attempting to provide good customer service, the manager stood silently while the waitress awkwardly asked whether they could replace my daughter's meal. The manager's demeanor came across as indifferent and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. At that point, I specifically explained that we had already been there a very long time and asked if my daughter's replacement meal could be expedited because we needed to leave. The manager's response was to simply turn around and walk away without saying a word. No apology. No acknowledgment. No reassurance that she would check on the order. She just walked away. As a customer, I found this incredibly rude and dismissive. I have never experienced a manager respond to a reasonable request in such a manner. To make matters worse, despite asking for the replacement meal (chicken sandwich) to be expedited, it still took another 30 minutes to arrive. By the time my daughter's food finally came out, the rest of us had already finished eating and sat there watching her eat alone. A replacement meal should not take 30 minutes, especially in a restaurant that was not busy. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of ACCOUNTABILITY. At no point during the visit did either the waitress or the manager apologize for the excessive delays, poor service, or inconvenience. Despite an experience filled with service failures from start to finish, we were charged full price without any acknowledgment that the visit had been anything less than acceptable. The food was good, but the service was unacceptable, the manager appeared disengaged, and the kitchen timing was extraordinarily slow. If this is the standard experience, customers should plan to set aside nearly three hours for brunch and pay $75 for 3 tiny meals. This visit left a very poor first impression and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's customer service standards, management oversight, and overall operations. read more

My husband and I dined here for brunch on a Saturday morning and had a great experience! We both ordered the bottomless mimosas for $20. A single glass is $9, so it was worth it! The atmosphere is fun and our waiter was friendly and attentive. We ordered the fried chicken biscuit and breakfast burger. Both were delicious and we especially loved the breakfast potatoes. We stuck around for a little while after eating to finish our mimosas and had a blast! Our waiter continued to check in on us and made sure we took full advantage of the bottomless mimosas. We had a big ask of this restaurant. To be able to accommodate 18 of us for our Christmas brunch. They exceeded expectations and we were all very impressed with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Cai and Lauren were our servers and they kept up with our group like they have been doing this forever. We did not wait long for our meals. We love cafe 4 and the Kennedy and were expecting good things from mimosa's. The waitress was nice but got our order wrong. When the wrong food arrived she apologized and put a new order in. The food was salty to the point of being inedible. The side salad looked like mixed greens from Costco. The greens were wilted and some were bad. First visit today for Brunch at 11:30am. Had a reservation and the table was ready. First thing I noticed was it is extremely loud. Had to almost yell to my server. I was not impressed with the chicken biscuit. Biscuit was dry and not warm, room temp. Small piece of chicken tender, biscuit was much larger than the chicken. Breakfast potatoes were pretty good. I like well done fried potatoes so if you don't these are not for you. Server was very kind and prompt. Parking was not fun. Garage had no spaces so we parked fairly far away. I know this place just opened up but here's what sucked. We got there at 920 and nowhere on the menu does it say alcohol can't be served til 10.. we ordered the breakfast pizza and apparently the egg is suppose to be this big presentation with the yolk and ours was overcooked.. our poor waitress told us to imagine the yolk spreading.. I think if that was your intention wouldn't you make sure the egg is cooked perfectly for that?? The table next to us had a long wait on their coffee. Lastly I'm not a sports person and when I think of brunch spots I think of ladies having fun so could some of your tvs be less sports and maybe bravo channel? All 4 of the tvs in our spot were espn playing the same clips just delayed after one another. Restaurant is pretentious with an identity crisis (is it a brunch spot or sports bar?). The entire team seemed over their lives as well (hostess, waitress). $75 for two meals and a beer.
