Established in 2022.

Mind Revitalized was created from a vision of accessible, affirming, and justice-oriented psychotherapy. After years of working in hospital settings, community programs, and mental health organizations, I saw the need for a therapy practice that honours difference, values lived experience, and integrates evidence-based care with compassion. Since 2022, Mind Revitalized has been supporting clients across Ontario through virtual psychotherapy, blending existential, person-centred, and trauma-informed approaches to meet people where they are.

Meet the Business Owner: Natalie B.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and bring over 15 years of professional and lived experience in the mental health field. My clinical training includes supporting clients with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, grief, identity concerns, and neurodivergence. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental — grounded in person-centred, existential, and strength-based frameworks. I am committed to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their growth.
