For my entire life I've been terrified of swallowing pills in fear that I would choke on them…read more Unfortunately I had a scheduled medical procedure that I am required to take a capsule pill for and I heard that hypnosis could assist with this. I'm so grateful I found Meredith. She helped clear up this issue within 2 sessions of seeing her. I came back to her for more sessions later on because I had a trip planned to the Great Barrier Reef with family members who all wanted to scuba dive. But I was always absolutely terrified of the ocean and being underwater made me want to panic. Meredith helped me work through this and now I'm absolutely obsessed with scuba diving and even feel safe and comfortable underwater now. To some, hypnosis can seem a bit "woo-woo" but I stand by it and believe that it can help people overcome their fears. What attracted me initially was that she is a holistic hypnotherapist which I felt aligned with my spiritual values better than other therapists.
