The virtual trainers, offer 3 skill level options, you are required to spend extra on the mat and towel, to maintain safe footing in saunas, Cubbies at each sauna, keeps the 'no shoes' organized and orderly, Hotworx is Clean, cleaning wipes available at each corner of the gym. I took a hot yoga class with a Shelby, and she was great! It was definitely a workout which is what I wanted. I'll say that class feels like a Vinyasa 1 flow.
