In my case, I had been an on and off smoker/vaper (mostly on) for more than 50 years. It was a crutch, a friend, and an addiction. It was also expensive, embarrassing, and shameful. The hypnotherapy sessions flipped the script on my subconscious thought-process and helped it to realize that I truly and safely didn't need or want to smoke or vape any longer.
