Please please do yourself a favor and stay away from this bully and her group of flying monkeys . (Followers of narcissistic people) first off she is extremely rude and two faced . She left my grand daughter who is 5 all alone to be picked up outside . No one was with her . Mind you Dad was in the car changing a diaper on the other baby . Instead of waiting she left a 5 year old in front of the business confused and alone . That was the first thing . My daughter let that go . The next week . My daughter was sitting in the van waiting in class to be let out and a staff member come out trying to osss off someone else's child to her . My daughter was trying to tell them that's not her kid and asking where her kid was ? My daughter got out of the van to go inside worried about her kid being given to someone else . The front desk attendant hollered and said I'm tired of telling you parents to stay outside . My daughter spoke up I'm trying to find my daughter, this isn't my kid . I pay for my daughter to attend this establishment so of coarse my pregnant daughter calls me upset over all this . I call to ask them their policy and a lady identified herself as a manager after I ask over and over to speak with owner . I say what happened and I accidentally call it a dance school .. at this time I wasn't upset . The so called manager said first off it's not a school it's a studio and your daughter lied . She hung up . At this point I'm extremely upset because this immature kid spoke to a paying polite customer this way over their mistake . Next thing I know my cell rings it's the owner Mindy .. I go on to tell her what happened and she said let me stop you right there ... at that point she became rude , talking to the point of hollering and very defensive. Without trying to hear me out like a decent human being . So of coarse I got upset and hollared back . This is a 5 year old child we are talking about being left alone and another child being handed off . She completely disregarded this . I didn't nor ask for anything but to let them know this happened and maybe they should tighten up and pay more attention to the parents . I was contacted by another person and told that if your child is part time and not full time this is how she conducts her business. So basically our part time wasn't good enough to warrant paying attention too . I called Mindy a bully . At which she was acting .. she told me my grand daughter was kicked out... at that point I was glad . I don't want my grandkid exposed to mean girls and bullies . So to sum this up her staff made huge mistakes and the owner would jot address it and kicked a innocent 5 year old out of her studio. I can tell she is a young know it all business owner and will have loads of excuses . She should watch out who she treats terrible you never know who they might know . I used to be a student here at MDA, and I loved it so much, it was my first dance studio, and I had an absolutely amazing experience. Mrs. Mindy, the owner, and main dance teacher is so kind and helpful. Yes, there are times where she raised her voice, but that's only because students weren't behaving for a substitute teacher that we had a class before. The students are so kind and including, and I couldn't have asked for a better first dance experience. I made some awesome friendships and solidified some previous ones through MDA. It also helps that it is a small, friendly place where most dancers know each other. Going here made me want to continue dancing once I moved. I recommend MDA over another dance studio. My daughter has been dancing at Mindy's Dance Attack for two going on three years and we are about to starter second year on the company dance team. When my daughter started dancing there at 2 years old she was scared to be away from me and Mindy allowed me to come in the room for a while. Now two years later my daughter absolutely adores Mindy and loves dancing and has amazing confidence to get on stage and perform. Mindy has been so amazing to her and I have loved watching her grow.
