Husband and wife team and they held it down during the dinner rush! When my husband called and placed our order, he was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. Shortly after 20 mins., we arrive and the wait was another 20 mins. We weren't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. The portion sizes are really big and we had left overs for lunch and dinner the next day. Our meal was very inexpensive as well. Everything was really good and tasty. We didn't care for the fried chicken though. It was flavorless and really dry. But definitely a place I would go back to.

My husband and I came here for the first time and it was absolutely delicious! We were greeted with a warm welcome from the owner Ms. Amy & Husband. The food was exceptional! Well seasoned , Piping hot & cooked to perfection ! We dined in and the service was perfect! Ms. Amy checked on us every couple of minuets and made sure to get us anything else we needed. It's very rare you will find a place that offers great hospitality and even better food. Ming Ho provides it all. If you drive past it and consider stopping by DO IT! You will not regret it. Portion sizes are HUGE and the price is very good! Thank you Ms. Amy & Husband. Everything was super Delicious! Our Order: Veggie spring rolls(it didn't make the picture we were hungry!) Mushroom Beef with Pan fried noodle and fried rice Tofu Spicy Chicken all Pan fried noodles

I've been coming to Ming Ho for years and it still SO GOOD!!!!!!!! I called and asked if they would do a kung pao tofu because I saw they had tofu on the menu and man delicious and spicy and the veggies are cooked perfect and it's a very generous portion! Thank you Ming Ho!! Great service and great food!!

8/12/23 Chicken Chow Fun with tofu added, made spicy ordered. The worker was kind and said it would be ready! I went in to get it. Greeted by a nice worker. The order was almost ready. Paid for the order and the worker was kind. It was almost ready. Definitely a pick up and go kind of place, but there is a couple tables if you want to sit and eat there. After a bit of a wait and she showed me and it looked really good! Not thick noodles like ordered, but there's a language barrier and I felt bad. Very nice and it still looks good. Plus, a lot of food! Lunch for tomorrow too! Lunchtime! We each had some. My portion was really delicious and had a nice, spicy kick! Really thick, delicious portions of tofu too! Noodles were thinner, but still great! Worked out! Tasty fortune cookie once finished too! My fortune: Unexpected romantic & financial gifts surprise and delight you!" Pretty please? Lol! Mother said hers was great! She loved the tofu too! Her fortune: "Make serious decisions in the last few days of the month" Great service and delicious lunch! Highly recommended!

I am blown away by how good the food here was!! I ordered their $10 special plate and I got so much food!! The lady taking my order was so kind, I definitely recommend this place :)

Food was delicious. You are served a lot pf food and prices are decent. The service is the best. The ladies we nice, attentive and they made our experience great. It is a small place but definitely will go back when in the area.

This is the best quality traditional Chinese food I have ever had. It's so good, even my SO who never liked Chinese food now swears by this place. Even through the changes in ownership the quality has never deceased. In fact it has gotten better! The portions are huge and even microwaved, the food maintains its great taste. I love that they have pictures posted now and I'm always reminded of their Thai tea!

If you go here expect food that is well worth the wait! My boyfriend and I wanted panda but didn't want to go out of our way and we found this little place instead. We waited about 45 min for our food and it was AMAZING!! What makes it even better is that we could see the cook preparing the food in the back for the orders. Freshly cutting veggies for each individual one! The woman who took our order so so friendly and kind :). Highly recommend checking it out! Just make sure you're ready to wait! It was just two people but I swear they never stopped moving :).

Our food was for pickup and everything was ready on time and piping hot. We ordered a lot because we weren't sure of the portion sizes, but they were massive so we had leftovers for days! We ordered steamed pork buns, orange chicken, crispy sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, low mein, and Yangzhou Fried Rice. Everything was delicious and loaded with flavor. The standouts were the yangzhou fried rice which comes with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. Loved all the meat here and big chunks of veggies. We all loved the orange chicken and the crispy fried pork especially. I tried to get my kids to sample the steam pork buns, but they wouldn't, which just meant more for me! Pillowy soft and full of tender BBQ pork, they were my fave. Truly a hidden gem right in the heart of Clovis!

The family dinner comes with a bowl of sizzling rice soup, An egg roll a pot sticker and foil wrapped chicken. My entree was crispy beef and my husband's entree was Kung pao chicken. Start off the soup was very flavorful, Definitely not your ordinary soup that you would find in the most places to start. The egg roll was a straight veggie roll but it was crispy and flavorful. The pot sticker was probably one of the best I've had in town, The wrapper was not too thick, Silky, Slightly crispy, And the filling was light and delicious not heavy. The Foil wrapped chicken Was different than any other place in that it was lighter and not overburdened with a salty sauce. As far as the entrees, My crispy beef was amazing, So crispy, With a delicious sauce. My husband's Kung pao chicken was so tasty, Everything was fresh and the chicken was not dry. The only downside to our entrees was that they were listed as spicy, But I think you have to ask for really spicy if you look like you can't handle it or something I don't know it just wasn't spicy at all. But we will definitely return and maybe ask for real spicy next time LOL.

I called them the day before I needed the trays. The lady I spoke to was so kind and accommodating she said it was never too late to place an order. Upon arrival the food was still piping hot, it smelled AMAZING and they gave sooooo much food!!! It was nearly packed in trays with foil in a box and the food was piled high. I did notice that the veggie chow mein I had ordered was a combo-chicken, beef, shrimp and veggie, no biggie!!! But the food was delicious as always!!! There was so much leftovers. There is finally a reasonably priced Chinese take-out option in town that I actually like. The Mongolian Beef featured tender, flavorful slices of meat paired with crisp, plentiful vegetables. The sauce complemented the dish rather than overwhelming it, and it was not overly greasy. The Garlic Chicken was also good, coated in a savory, slightly sweet soy glaze. The meat was soft and perfectly cooked, again accompanied by fresh, crunchy vegetables. Many of the dishes here are authentically Cantonese-style: savory, built around fresh ingredients, lightly sauced, and never excessively oily. Portions are generous as well. This stands in stark contrast to many other Chinese take-out spots I have tried, where the food leans salty, oversauced, and made with cheaper ingredients -- and becomes practically inedible once it cools down. Judging by the simple décor and limited seating, it is clear this restaurant prioritizes cooking over ambiance. Most customers opt for take-out, which likely helps keep prices affordable. Service is warm and efficient. You are greeted as soon as you walk in, and staff members are ready with ordering help and suggestions. Most lunch plates are $10.25 and come with steamed rice or chow mein, or pork fried rice for an additional $2. Lunch plates are offered daily from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, including weekends. The menu covers a broad range of Cantonese and Szechuan favorites -- Kung Pao Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, General Tao Chicken, Szechuan Beef, chow mein, chow fun, plus several soups and fried rice options. Combination plates start at $12.90, and the family specials (three dishes for $41) are a solid value. All in all, it is a great spot for anyone craving affordable, satisfying Chinese food -- especially students and anyone on a tight budget.

The appetizer with egg rolls and chicken wings was really good. We liked the pork fried rice. The pork chow mein had tons of bean sprouts on top of the noodles.
