General Tso's chicken with steamed rice and broccoli. And a crab Rangoon for good measure.

I'm declaring this the best Chinese place in Lincoln. Sure there are others with some authentic dishes, but for consistency, price, speed, authenticity, and pleasant staff- you cant beat Ming's. I'm a traditionalist with my Chinese food. I tend to go for the General Tso's chicken or tofu. Both are always good. Their egg rolls are consistent and good, but not my favorite I've ever had. The crab Rangoon are the best I've had and I think their shape lends to that! They are triangles and not the bunched up pastry filled messes you get at other places. Hence- they win in this category because of ratio of crust to filling. Plus you get a free two liter of you spend over $25!

Small place, great food, huge potions. Pretty normal Chinese place though I wouldn't give four stars.

Awesome food and really affordable! Plus the take out doesn't fall apart and leak all over like a lot of Chinese take out does!

Easily the best crab rangoon to be had at a restaurant. Great food, great value! Might have to go tomorrow!

Great Chinese restaurant for quick and easy! Their beef and broccoli dish wasn't too greasy, perfect for an easy and yummy meal.

Absolutely the most disgusting attempt at "Chinese food" I've ever had. Everything was sickly,…read moresyrupy sweet, including dishes like broccoli beef which should not be sweet. The Rangoons were soggy, repulsively sweet, and contained only cream cheese. I guess this is Chinese food for typically obese Nebraskas who have to have everything full of sugar. We had to throw over $50 of takeaway in the garbage.

I typically love this place and think they have solid Chinese food for Lincoln. I ordered black pepper chicken but asked if I could substitute beef for the chicken. She said no but you can have sizzling tofu and substitute beef. She explained that would be black pepper beef and that it's the same. It arrived and was a completely different dish than the black pepper chicken. She asked me how it was and I said this was not what I expected. She said it's the sizzling tofu only with beef. I said I ordered black pepper chicken only with beef. She said no we don't do that. So I said you can substitute tofu for beef but not chicken for beef? Yes, she said not for black pepper chicken. The logic was mind-boggling. I recommend ordering from the menu and don't ask for substitutions.

They dont have all drinks on the menu and the menu is not updated. They did tell us what was not available but was a generic dont have these and just slid his fingers on the menu. I finally got an iced lemon tea. We initially ordered egg rolls and a hot pot. We ordered spicy soup together with bok choy fungus( wood ear mushrooms) Beef, spam, fishballs and jumbo shrimp and egg noodles with a side of white rice. The soup came with a burner and it wasnt powerful enough to boil the soup on the pot. The pot had no definite style to it. Tasted like soy bean soup with some sichuan peppers. Not excessively spicy and not very flavourful. Our ingredients took a long while to come out- and our egg rolls eventually never came. Practically all the ingredients were frozen with the exception of the fungi and the egg noodles. The sauce station looks thrown together with takeout containers and plenty of sauce. The bbq sauce had part of a spoon which was broken off in the sauce. The sauces are similar to haidilao type just not as fresh. But the chives looked a little greyish. Overall, service is not fantastic. We did remind them multiple times about the egg rolls, but it still didn't ever arrive. They at least took it off the bill. We forgot to check about the missing bakchoy. Not sure we will be back anytime soon. Hubby wasn't quite happy with our dinner last night.
