While planning the party, Jam Time set themselves apart from other locations with their price transparency right on their website, as well as consistent communication leading up to the party date so we knew how to plan for the day. The indoor space has a wide variety of toys and equipment for a range of ages, the highlights were the bounce house, the play structure with multiple slides, and the train table. They had a ton of ride-on toys and pretend play toys, as well as a dedicated area for younger babies to play and crawl around. All of the kids in our party had a blast! It was a shared space with the public so there were lots of other families there but it didn't feel overcrowded. Ari and Zane did an excellent job managing our party from start to finish. They took all the food we brought in and set it up in the party room in an organized arrangement, and they communicated well with us parents so we knew the general timeline of playtime, eating, and the cake presentation. JT the Moose came out at the end of the party to greet all the kids, he was a hit! At the end, they packed up all the food and cake for us to take back home. Our instructor took us through the entire flight process in a short time period. It was very real!!! The simulator can simulate many types of conditions from clear skies to thunderstorm to a winter storm to adverse conditions flight crews face every day. It's not a dealbreaker for me. It's a great place to go to, the kids are kept inside with baby gates, there are plenty of things to do there and it's good for a few hours of play. It's only about $20 for one child, which is better than most of the other play places we've been to. I give four stars. It would have been five, if the employees were more friendly.

I don't mind paying that amount once, but I do think the advertised price should reflect the true cost or clearly state that one required adult is an additional fee. It felt a little misleading. Most indoor play areas include 1 adult in the child's price. Overall, it's a wonderful play space, but I hope they make their pricing more transparent.

Enter Astrid, the owner of CouCou, which recently moved from the South End to the hip WinSmith Studios in Norwood. I contacted her and she immediately responded with 'you got it. I'll take pictures of what I gather for each child and you can tell me if I need to make adjustments.'. She's also wrapping each gift and on top of that using one paper for my daughter and another paper for my son. We all shop on Amazon for the convenience but my god, how nice is the personal touch.
