I figured it was one of the closer dealerships to Montreal so I gave them a try. I was experiencing vibration in my steering wheel and other various issues with the car I purchased a few weeks back and I took it to Brossard for service and to fix the problems. Due to my vehicle, I noticed the service manager at the time, ended up racking up the charges for items that needed to be done and items they said they fixed. I'm glad I stopped them before they did anymore work as they simply did a tire rotation, alignment, claimed they shimmed brake rotors and checked my fluids. Total bill was over $600 for all this! I could not believe it, if I had not stepped in to stop the bill probably would have gone much higher! I could have also gotten a new set of slotted and drilled rotors installed for that price. When I ended up leaving my car still had the steering wheel vibration and the balance still seemed off to me. The only redeeming factor was the parts department was ok to deal with and got me some parts I ordered quickly. I'll never be going back here again, but to Boisvert Mitsubishi instead!

What a place. The service here is great. After a mishap with a less than qualified valet at the…read morehotel, we smelled a horrible burnt smell. We drove over to the nearest Volkswagen to see if they could figure out if it would be safe for us to drive 5 hours home. The service guy came right out, confirmed our suspicion of a burnt clutch, then drove it down the street and back. He gave us the go ahead and said everything would be fine and sent us on our way. No charge, just pleasant service. I can definitely handle that.
