The dress is in perfect condition, was packaged carefully, priced competitively and we're just tickled that it all happened so fast. The dress was a tiny bit different than the picture online but our experience with customer service more than made up for it. We actually knew this might happen. The exact type of petal (we bought a dress with removable flower petals in tulle) sent by the manufacturer is apparently not guaranteed. But you can add your own flowers (isn't that genius!?) so it's no big deal. When I called 'Forget me not' about the petal discrepancy, they were incredibly understanding, helpful and quick to let us know that they would give us our money back if we weren't completely satisfied. Good work Forget me not! There are online retailers out there who offer the same product for more money and they have notoriously terrible service! I hope everyone starts turning to you for an easy flower girl (or communion, or ???) dress buying experience!

We wanted to exchange the bag we had for a different style. At first we were disappointed that we couldn't reach anyone on the phone and didn't get an email reply, but we re-sent the email and got a quick response from them. Although their return policy on their website states a 7-day return/exchange policy, they were happy to work with us and even refunded the difference to our credit card!! I give them a 4-star because it was a bit tough to get in touch with them, but once we did, they were more than happy to work with us and they even sent the new bag priority!

Usually there are a ton of cute girl clothes but the boys clothes are just meh. Not here, there is a lot for both genders. I felt the pricing was pretty fair and they had a lot of name brand quality clothes to choose from in many different sizes. The clothing was all in good condition with no rips or stains. They have the clothes organized in a way that makes it easy to see everything easily. The racks are spaced appropriately and there is enough space to be able to move the items on the rack easily to see the item clearly. There was easy parking and the hours of business are great too. I will be back next time I am in the area.

From the moment we walked in, I felt like we were being watched the entire time. As a single mom shopping alone with young children, it was incredibly uncomfortable. For context, my children were behaving appropriately. They were not running around the store or touching merchandise. My 5-year-old simply had a pen in his hand while we were shopping. The final straw was when I asked a sales associate if there was an issue with us. She got down to my 5-year-old's level and pretended to punch him. Why would you pretend a punch my five-year-olds to wind him up when you're obviously watching me because you're judging. She appeared to be in a management position, which made the interaction even more upsetting. We still made it to the checkout line, and she continued watching us. At no point did she apologize or acknowledge how uncomfortable the situation had become. I left the earrings and didn't want to purchase. It's frustrating that a children's store could make a parent feel so unwelcome it was actually my two year old that depends. Shopping with kids isn't always easy, but families deserve kindness and understanding--not judgment. I left feeling embarrassed, disappointed, and certain that I will not be returning.
