My son attended Mini Milestone's and was treated like garbage. He was ignored multiple times on many occasions. Sat in a poop diaper multiple times, so much that he got a rash as well as poop inside of his private area which followed up with an infection. Many mornings they had to suddenly close for the day even when my son was already in their care, so I had to leave work to go back and pick him up. Other days their AC would break or teachers wouldn't show up, so that meant no daycare. They constantly change their prices, which is understandable, but the lack of care that they give doesn't make sense for how much they charge. They wait until they are on the last diaper to let you know that there is none left. Kids in their care are contantly sick and I mean evidently sick with snot running down their face because no one is cleaning them up. I've witnessed many times the kids sitting in the table, with the seat built in, sleeping for nap time. Hunched over sleeping in a table HAS to be the MOST uncomfortable position for a child. I've seen so many kids covered in dirt, food, and have on one sock. My son was traumatized whenever he had to take a bath, AFTER he started going to Mini Milestone's. He always cried when having to be dropped off here, and it broke my heart. I never understood if he was just missing me or it was something else. After taking him out of this daycare, it was evidently clear that Mini Milestone's was 100% the problem. Had I not taken him out of their care, who knows what could have happened. They care more about money, and nothing else. Once I took him out, did not give notice, and even left more than 20 diapers along with some of his other items. They never called to ask what happened, which proved to me that they do not/never had my child's best interest at heart. read more
