She stated customer service is all over the US and your contract states its only for 3 months. She got an attitude and she did this when I first signed up to BUT customer service was nice and relayed I could lock that price in and apologized her behavior. Should have not gotten one and looked elsewhere! They make it look like the online promo is price locked and its not! Plan on adding $20-$25 a month after 3 months at this location no matter what they tell you!
