The store has a pretty wide variety of toys for all ages and they are laid out into neat little corners or walls for different categories. The staff are really knowledgable and helpful. I was looking for a particular kid's book for 10 minutes on my own through the shelves and should have just approached them earlier. They were able to eventually find it in the backroom after checking their inventory system. The staff also are good at offering suggestions if you are stuck with choosing a gift. I was stuck so they were able to help give me some ideas that helps me make a decision. This location has curb-sidebside pick-up and they mentioned that they will still have regular stock coming in as well.

Pleasantly surprised when I entered Playful Minds. Both shops are like night and day... Playful Minds is the bright, sunny, happy place, ideal to bring your kids to. While the other, "Terminally Ill Toy Store, Queen of the West" is the dark, deathly night where trolls follow you around without a peep, hoping for a reason to chase you away ...or eat your children, I'm still not sure what their deal is. I will definitely shop here again and suggest my family and friends to do so as well, maybe even people I don't like very much.
