I had a treatment at this location about 5 years ago. I called to confirm, before purchasing the Groupon, and was told YES. Later, when scheduling the appointment, I inquired again, and was told YES. I went to the appointment. While standing at the check-in counter, I had to interrupt the front desk ladies after quite some time to 'check-in.' After another 24 minute wait, while they continued their conversation, I was led to a room by what appeared to be the receptionist who was at the front desk. She was actually the Injector. She was referred to as "Doctor Shahira".... She said she would not honor the Groupon. I asked to speak to the Doctor Reese, who runs the practice, but she said he was the one that said it would not be honored and was unwilling to discuss. I re-explained the diligence I had taken, her only response continued to be "you are existing customer.." I asked, since I was there, could she honor one of the 2 treatments I had purchased on the Groupon. She said "no, that would be full price, $379.00." I asked if she could apply the value of my Groupon to that one treatment. She said "no, you are existing customer""... the story goes on. I was ultimately turned away. Just awful

I loved that; sometimes it really feels like plug and chug with some physicians; and I understand, they are being spread thin. However; here, with my physician, I was given adequate time to explain myself, and my needs and then responded. This is really how medicine is suppose to be practiced, I swear.
