We went here for a 4-year-old birthday party this weekend. We had not been here before, nor had…read moreanyone else in our party. This was such a unique set up in that there were areas for the kids like normal, amongst all the regular arcade games, but there was also a full bar and area with pool tables, etc. I really liked that the trampoline area was split into age groups AND that they were supervised by a staff member. These types of places are notoriously unsafe, partially due to the inherent danger of trampolines, but also because of the difference in age and size of the kids in one area. I felt like my 4-year-old was safe, and that the "toddler" trampoline area was perfect for her age. Another great thing was the food. We had pizza and croquettes, and everyone raved about how good the food actually was which was unexpected for it being a kid play place. Some of us also had margaritas, and that was also great and they did not skimp on the alcohol. (This made sense later when I realized it was an actual bar). The downsides, and the reason I am giving it 4 stars: 1. Most of the staff at the front desk, of which there were many people, were not friendly. At least 5 were standing there at the "party check in" as I waited, looking at them. None of them looked at me or made eye contact, including a girl typing away at the computer in front of me. I realized later there was a designated party check in person, but any of the other girls could have acknowledged our existence and let us know that person would help us. (The party check in person was super friendly, fortunately, and very helpful). 2. Several of the game machines were broken or not functioning, and even the machine to check balance and add of the card was out of order. 3. The games were expensive. I'm used to having unlimited play game cards for birthday parties, but this one was limited to 500 pts... which sounds like a lot until you realize the claw machines are 50, and some other ones we did were 36 a pop. It goes by super fast! 4. Our friend's party was at 2pm, and set up was supposed to start at 1, but the team wasn't ready. So my friend was setting up her party as it started at 2 pm. In all, though, we enjoyed our time here and will definitely rely consider returning as our child gets older.

They also review math and other subjects. I registered him online and took him there for a week. At first I thought he wouldn't like it. There are two sessions during the day or you can pay for the whole day. I paid for the whole day for him. They don't go outside so at first that's what I thought he wouldn't like. He absolutely loved the camp. He would actually ask me every day to come back. I tried to put him the week after but the camp was already sold out! I've been trying different summer camps and this has been my absolute favorite. So glad I got to experience this camp!

The staff was extremely helpful in planning our trip and making sure the lesson was appropriate for the kids. Lina and the rest of the staff were very helpful during the lesson and assisted all the students in the building process. After the lesson, the students were eager to take their artwork home to show their parents and were asking when they can come back! All in all, I absolutely recommend Bricks 4 Kidz and look forward to working with them again.

For the reception, Gina made a timeline. It stated that guests were to go inside the venue at 8:30 pm. Cocktail hr was from 8-8:30 pm. Our photographer/videographer used her timeline as well. They planned to take pic/ video of my hubby & I alone in the venue for 30 mins. We get to the venue at 8 pm. When we go inside, there are guests inside the venue already! My photographer approached her & asked Gina why there were guests in the venue, if the timeline SHE MADE said that we had 30 mins for pics? Her response OHH! Seriously?!! We weren't able to take photos of the venue empty & guests saw us BEFORE our grand entrance! Our centerpieces had candles that WERE NOT LIT! OUR PARENTS frantically searched for lighters & were LIGHTING UP CANDLES as GUESTS WERE COMING IN THE VENUE! Gina should have done this before guests were coming in, not OUR PARENTS. She did not line up the bridal party for the grand entrance, our DJ DID! She didn't cue us to when to cut the cake, the garter, bouquet toss, etc., our PHOTOGRAPHER DID! These were things she said she would do in the CONTRACT I SIGNED! I had other people doing her job. That's not what I paid for!! She seemed lost & preoccupied. Maybe it's because she bought HER HUSBAND to our wedding. He ate free food & probably drank as well. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I needed someone to take charge, instead she was lagging in the background, as others were doing her job. She had NO IDEA what she was doing. I felt cheated, because she told me she had planned numerous weddings before. Also, a few of my other vendors told me she was rude to them. She never made me feel like a priority. I always felt like I was bothering her when I would contact her. She ALMOST ruined the most important day of my life, if it weren't for the help of my family & other amazing vendors .
