LORDY! This is THE BEST car wash place I have ever seen in my life. So you know that I'm not kidding-- I'm not old but not young either; I've lived in MO, CA, MI, UT, CO, WY and WA, for comparison. The people were friendly and everything was clean and easy to use. I pulled up to the drive through wash and asked the attendant for help choosing a wash. It was summer and we'd hit a lot of bugs, so I asked what to do if the auto wash didn't get them off? She said she'd accommodate me. :-) Afterward, I used one of the MANY self-use vacuum stalls and I felt no rush. Then I used their super-nifty floor mat washers. It's like a conveyor belt that washes and dries your mats as you feed them through. It's the neatest thing. Well done, Lethbridge and Mint Smartwash!!!! I'm impressed. While on business in Lethbridge, I stopped at Mint Car Wash to wash my vehicle. The gentleman said to me, "Would you like to sign up for a monthly program?" I said no. I own my own detail shop in Fort Macleod. He said it doesn't cost any more to have it for one month. What he didn't tell me is that they would keep charging me on my credit card. After two months at 48.29, I approached the management team in Lethbridge, and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. I purchased a package for, four car wash's in March 26, used only one. When I went back late April, I could not use the rest of my wash's that I paid for. They neglect to tell you, that you have to use them within one month then they will expire. Mostly all March snowed, would not offer a refund, or another month of free wash for the inconvience. It's not right and no way to run a business. read more

last month I purchased their monthly special buy one wash you get the rest of the month free. I used my debit not thinking they could take money off that. When I checked my banking at the beginning of the month I noticed Mint car wash took $52.49 without my authorization. I called with my concern the so called manager was rude stated she would look into it and get back to me. Never heard anything so went into the office the young girls were unprofessional and rude. The one told me that I allegedly got a text message and approved the purchase for the next month number 1 I would never spend a monthly fee of 52.00 to that establishment!!! #2 never showed my the text message !!!! They should be ashamed of the way they scam people out of money!!! and their customer service. I am shocked at how many others this has happened to!! read more

Stay away from mint if you value your vehicle period. Gah! I just went through yesterday for their 12 washes for $18 promo, and now I am missing hubcaps and a front bumper cap!!! I called in and an employee told me they would check the 'tunnel' at the end of the night and call me if they found anything. No call yet today, so I called in again just now, and another employee checked the note and it was written that they 'didn't find anything.' Somehow I find this so hard to believe! I'm thinking this might happen to a lot to people. I honestly expected mint to have a bin full of parts that those machines beat off of vehicles. Anyone else have this experience?? I am planning to escalate if I can for at least a refund, but what else can I do?? Hubcaps could potentially sell for $50 plus if an employee had sticky fingers. If they don't find anything, O am out $300! When they signed me up, I was unaware of the risks I would take and unaware of the terms and conditions. I signed no waiver. They need to be held accountable as this is unacceptable. Not to mention the micro abrasions on my windshield and finish. The brushes must be so dirty! I never leave disappointed. one time my vehicle didn't get completely clean, I explained the situation and they were super happy to let me go through again, for free! The workers and the manager are so good people and polite but the system and the policy of the company is so poor!!

If you would have asked me before about this wash I'd say it's fast, amazing, but after not one but two damaged vehicles I'm gonna say be warned. Back bumper had chunk of paint taken off it; didn't notice til home, took same vehicle a few weeks later and after wash I pulled to vacuum to hand dry and back bumper all press scratches. This is on a 4 month old vehicle. Other car the hydraulic lines in wash burst, car coated in greasy film. Complained and the girl said no one has complained so wasn't from us. We had to go through 4 more times and someone checked lines and they had in fact leaked; took over an hour of wiping oil off car. If you have a higher value vehicle or nice paint I'd recommend somewhere else. read more
