No nothing. I let it go. Mind you I thought my foot was broken. I fell down & got hurt. It took them 4 days to let me know (and I had to call for the information.) Then on the 5th day they call to let me know I can come and get my report anytime it's ready and luckily my foot is not broken. So I ask do I have to make an appointment to pick it up? The woman says no. She was friendly. I go to pick up my report & the front desk person "Janet" that is there everyday, is nasty and tells me I am wrong... no one called me and there is no report for me. "Come back". I spoke to someone last night & this afternoon and they said I can pick the report up. Now she asks the back person, she finally looks in the computer again and sees it, prints it out and doesn't even acknowledge she was wrong. And doesn't say I'm sorry. I said Thank You & left. The place ( to me) is old and dreary just like her. They need a new person in the front. And they need a faster results clinic. I will never go there again. The x-ray machine takes forever. Find a better clinic. This place also messed up on billing for someone I know.

Although the billing office seem to be off their game because I've dealt with them before, for some other billing issues. I'm a disabled veteran that the VA pays for my care and also have Tricare, a military secondary insurance that covers any co-pay not covered by my civilian primary insurance. The Urgent care facility has copies of all required documentation, so why am I being bothered with these issues and it's happened more than once. It's a nuisance and annoying and I wish that they gave me better service from billing: the actual care given by the facility isn't included in this review.

I…read morehave to say I have the brick location two chances to earn my business. the first time they were rude about 6 months ago for a shoulder injury. the last time I went in about a week ago. for a cold they put the flu test so far up my nose made it bleed no appol nothing at all . the nurse practitioner came in was in for at most one minute did not even allow me to speak said what she said and sent me on the way. the service definitely is not par to the rest of the Atlantic Health System and something needs to be done about the level of services at this place. not a single person in their should work in health care.

Breast Biopsies: First, it took a few months to actually get this scheduled, not with them as a whole, not at all, they were fantastic.. but with my Insurance. Anyway, made my appointment and the long and short of it is, the staff, especially my nurse who held my hand, wiped my brow and talked me through the pain, because it hurts a lot, gave me water and helped me remain calm and breath. She is an absolute angel & if hadn't been for her, I don't think I could have managed, my biopsy's were 1 day 8:30a-12:30p, that's a long time....and Like I said b4- do not let the fear and the it can't happen to me---dissuade you from taking care of yourself, I put it off for far toooooo long. I highly recommend this location for medical care. I see that others have not had the same positive experiences or desired outcome, but I can only speak for myself and my experiences, which have been positive and exemplary.

I don't know what the deal was but the rep just came up with the story of insurance companies put our information up by mistake. This is BLUE CROSS BLUE SHEILD, they are taken EVERYWHERE. If you don't want patients don't advertise or have your information, put on real health insurance companies in-network list. However, after reading all the terrible reviews, I think I dodged a bullet. Good riddance!

So obviously that's where I went. They were very friendly at the front desk when I was taken into the room the nurse Mary was very polite and professional. Doctor Bradley introduced himself and was very personable. I was very nervous due to I was going on a trip the next day. He was able to make an accurate diagnosis pretty quickly and called in my meds. I was able to leave for my trip!

Upon entering the Family First Urgent Care I was pleasantly surprised. The inside is gorgeous, clean, and vey welcoming. I explained to the front desk attendant my situation and that I also had no experience with a walk-in clinic. She explained everything to me and gave me some paperwork to fill out. It was a Thursday evening and I was one of only 3 people there. After filling out my paperwork I waited about 10 minutes until a nurse retrieved me. The nurse brought me into a super clean and nice patient room he asked me some questions and was extremely nice and comfortable to talk to. After the doctor came in and spoke to me and ran some tests. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Overall, I am so glad I know of this place. It is close to my home, it was super clean and nice. The attendance, nurse, and doctor were all extremely nice and easy to talk to. I didn't have to wait long and the whole experience definitely changed my perspective of a walk-in.

So my review is for the Pt Pleasant location. I was seen immediately, and everyone was kind, caring, and informative. Anytime a test was taken, they gave me the estimated turnaround time and kept me up to date. This facility also has a CT scan which meant I did not have to go to the main hospital location in Brick. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and caring attention that I received and that I overheard other patients receiving. A great alternative to the main hospital ER.

The front office and reception was GREAT! They were courteous, empathetic and all around fantastic experience. I was in a lot of pain. The doctor was amazing and was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong, gave me detailed follow up directions. She was kind, courteous, professional and I can't say enough great things!
