Wait time at check in was 2.5 hrs. I've now been waiting 4 hrs. in that time I saw the nurse practitioner take an extended lunch, come back to have a casual conversation, then see patients 30 minutes later....oh but not the very next patient, which was me. 2 other patients that we not even on the list. they just happened to grab her attention and got seen. And even worse is that my name, which was also the only one present for the past 2 hours, was pushed back to 3 in line, even after the 2 that were bumped up. I don't understand how the service all all minute clinics are this horrendous and there's been no effort to improve. Update....I am now waiting 6 hours for the call to tell me they are ready for me.

The doctor who treated me was very nice and friendly and she gave me good recommendations and medicines for me to get better and recover in no time. They helped me get better and go back to work on Saturday, 1/14. By 1/20 I started feeling fully recovered. I recommend this place big time for urgent care if you ever catch what I caught

I visited for a yellow fever vaccine, which involves a subcutaneous injection (administered into the fatty tissue beneath the skin). The injection site seemed a bit unusual (please see the attached picture), and later became inflamed, red, and swollen. I am planning to travel to Africa soon, and the doctor mentioned he would prescribe medication for traveler's diarrhea. However, when I went to the pharmacy, they gave me a prescription for malaria (something we had not discussed) and did not receive the Z-Pak prescription for traveler's diarrhea from the doctor's office. I had to return to the pharmacy the next day since they were closing.

I had been seen twice this past week for nasal trip and ear congestion. I was told I had a double ear infection on a Wednesday and it would be treated with antibiotics and to come at 9am Sunday to have my ears finally irrigated. Appointment was made for me by the nurse. I came at 8:55am Sunday and the nurse for the clinic finally showed up at 9:15. No one knew where she was. She finally comes out of the room at 9:25 and tells me I don't have an appointment, which I pleaded with her to check my file for my recent visit where the nurse scheduled my apt for me. I told her I was there to get my ears irrigated and how much pain and trouble hearing I have had all week and to please help me. She flat out said "no I don't have an appointment for you, irrigation takes 40 minutes and there are 2 people in front of you. I don't know who you saw prior but I run this clinic and when I'm not here there are 'floaters'" and slammed the door in my face. I have never been so horrified at the customer service I received and how the situation was handled. I will never recommend this minute clinic to anyone ever again and nor will I be giving them my business.

When I came in with a nasty looking dog bite, I could tell Dr. Zeiger was genuinely concerned for my well-being. She threw everything she had at her disposal to help me but when that wasn't enough, she urged me to go to the ER. Thank God she did because things could've gotten much more serious very fast. Since then, it's always such a comfort to see Dr. Zeiger's face when I come to the Doctor's Office. My family has been in numerous times for various illnesses and we always walk out feeling taken care of. Friends and colleagues have shared the same experiences with me and I'm always recommending this location to those looking for urgent care. Please read this…read more I had a small but uncomfortable red spot at the base of my nostril (1/2 size of a dime, maybe smaller) This "doctor" took my urine, after examining my nose and sdvising me to FIRST, fill script THEN, follow up with my dermatologist. She said I'll be back in a few to provide you with paperwork, diagnosis and script. Someone came in, one of the staff members and hand me a cup and said she wants your urine to be tested - I had no idea why or how this could be when we were just together and it was about my nose. I asked him what for? He replied she will have to go over that with you. So I did it. This doctor came back in and I asked why she took my urine and she said, I almost don't believe I'm writing this, I've run several tests for STDs. I absolutely lost my mind! First of all who the hell is she to question anything like that she would need to ask me some questions about my sexual activity, I asked her what STDs has to do with my nose she had no answer. I left there and for some strange reason since it had been burning under my nose I figured let me fill this prescription Huge mistake! I was then in a situation where I was given a VERY strong, dangerous ointment which resulted in a SEVERE infection - taking the entire side of my face over & according to my dermatologist exasperating anything that could have been wrong to begin with as well as causing this to be 1 DAY away from my bloodstream. Yes, I am filing suit. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
