RUN AWAY!!! I would have selected zero stars if it was allowed. I have used them now twice... the first time they messed up my coloring making a striking blue into a muddy grey even though I had provided them with a sample printed from my own color printer for reference. This second and LAST time I used them I gave them complete files with samples and a very detailed description. I was printing tickets. 100 tickets per night and 8 nights. They managed to print me 800 of a single ticket. We had a phone conversation for clarification after I sent the files! Never Again. Wow. read more
