So I'm a person that feels they should be able to repackage and return unwanted or mistaken items…read morelike a big kid, but I have come to face the reality is that it likely just won't happen, so I go here, a hop, skip and a jump away from my house and although I pay more than if I did it myself and took it to a mailbox, what I get in return is most pleasant assistance with whatever needs returning and the knowledge that almost anything else postal-related that might crop up in the moment that I need, they've got my back. I love that it's got most everything you'd need, but small enough that you get that extra personal touch that one just can't take for granted these days. I'm glad this is so close to my home and hope to be patronizing it for years to come, cause I don't see getting significantly better at returning my own packages.

He assured me he could print what I needed in time and was so easygoing throughout the whole process and made sure I was happy with the final product. He met me at a convenient location so I could see a proof before going to full print, then went and did a super fast print of everything and it all turned out so wonderfully. Absolutely the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a laptop and a printer…read more- their local rep sold me the wrong ink cartridge and I could not print anything. I called but the person on the phone was completely unsympathetic and very short with me - said I would need to contact the printer manufacturer, which I did (took nearly an hour to reach a live body) but the upshot is Office Depot sold me the wrong cartridge. When I got the correct product info from the mfg rep I went back to Duffas Despot and was met by a confrontational sales rep who charged me for the correct cartridge. What a disgusting experience. I'll never shop there again, despite having an Office Depot Preferred Customer status. Eff that. They're less than useless.
