Coffee shops these days come with a certain amount of expectations. Great coffee, great service, a place where you can conduct business or personal conversations, a place where you can do homework, or just a place to relax. I know that's a lot to ask for. This place does great at a lot of those, and has one pretty big oversight (in my opinion). First off: coffee. It's good coffee, I'd say a 8/10. They've got a refreshing list of options that are good. The atmosphere is also great, the music in the sitting rooms, and even having a great outdoor option that isn't as run down as you'd see at other coffee shop locations. The staff is super kind, friendly, and welcoming! Their frequent buyer program doesn't seem to really offer that much benefit other than the first time you buy the gift card. Maybe that wasn't explained to me well. Their lack of power outlets is really concerning. Either they did it intentionally to keep people from staying too long, or it was a huge oversight. While having people here all day could potentially be inconvenient, having more people here for longer hours does add to the "fullness" of the restaurant, making it appear even more of a desirable location to be. I have only found one outlet in all of the interior so far. Unsurprisingly, it's always packed in that corner. I'm not sure what they could do to solve this issue now that they've already remodeled the building when they moved in. They have free wifi, it's definitely not the fastest, but it's there. In all, it's a good place, but don't expect to come here and do a ton of work, or write a college paper--unless you're one of the lucky few that is gathered around the power outlet. I'd give this a 3.5 stars, but I'll round it up to the 4 because of the lack of that option! read more

Went there in desperate need of caffeine for myself and my exhausted wife. Went through the drive through with my infant son and they completely took care of me. I had no knowledge of the menu and left with exactly what I wanted! The Cortado with double shot and soy milk was amazing and super price friendly! My wife got the caramel machiatti and she loved it! We both split the cinnamon scone at the advice of who I believe to be one of the owners and we loved it! Can't recommend this place highly enough. As a dad with a 6 month old son a place like this is a necessity for my energy level haha read more

I went to this place because the Starbucks nearby had no more seats! I went in and thought the ambience was nice and spacious. The people at the counter were really nice, they gave me the whole breakdown on what to get for my first time. I got the white chocolate ice-o viente with espresso whip cream for $6.50. I thought it was more on the pricey side, but if it was good I wouldn't mind it. At first sip, it tasted a little strange like alcohol but the more I drank I liked it. It wasn't overly sweet. Overall, I wasn't amazed but it was still a decent drink! I quickly found a booth table and thought it was really comfortable. As I got my laptop out and prepare to study, I couldn't find an outlet. I asked the worker where were the outlets? He said there were only 2 one at that corner and one at the entrance door. It was shocking to see that such a big coffee place had no outlets! I didn't know what to do but luckily a nice customer let me use his table for the outlet. While I was studying, the worker let me have some chai tea sample, and I wished I gotten that instead because that was a lot tastier. Overall, the outlet is a big issue for me and I will probably not return due to this. This place is a lot nicer compared to anything else around it. I am so glad they decided to set up shop in Cypress minutes away from my house because they could very well be successful in one of the more trendier places in Houston. I think it's the owner or boss who is native Italian. He knows his stuff and I can appreciate that. I love the outdoor seating as well. It's shaded well even when it's hot and they keep the fans going with this Texas heat. Great place! read more

Minuti where have you been all my life ! My husband's cousin was in from Hungary and loves her Kávé and espresso and to be honest have had the espresso and coffee from there and oh it's out if this works and I was worried that she would be disappointed. Well a Minuti just opened 5 min away and we popped in for an espresso and iced coffee. Her first sip she says this! This has beat them all!! Wow!! And she was right!! I felt like I was back in Rome! Ooo thank you for being so close, our entire family will be in as often as possible! One last thing the customer service is excellent please never change that! read more

Minuti it's usually very solid making espresso coffee but this location in particular don't know how to make a good one. I have tried four times and it's always the same. No consistency in the coffee. They need to train their personnel better. read more

I've been wanting to come by the location since it's closer to my house than the Westheimer location which is how I discovered this amazing place. I went through the drive thru last night and Mariah, and I believe he said his name was Spencer were sooo nice!! I had my dog with me in the back seat and mentioned how much she loves coming with me to Starbucks bc they give her puppychinos and Mariah went and gave and fed it to her! It was around 9ish and their energy was just as high and so nice. I appreciate how welcoming & helpful they were. I ordered the ice o white chocolate which is my favorite (their version of a frappachino) and it was just as delicious as the last time I had it. I will definitely be back and I LOVE the drive thru!! Food and drinks were awesome, friendly pleasant young lady at the cashier. Just Don't try to add value to the gift card and order at the same time for their system can't handle both at the same time. I felt bad while the supervisor(?)person was struggling for good 10 ten minutes trying to figure things out then she finally explained to me "You are supposed to pay first for your order, then you add value to the gift card to use it on a separate transaction. You are not supposed to do both in the same transaction"....Um, ok? She must've pretty frustrated at me because she kept saying "you". Am I supposed to know their internal system in advance or something? They need to improve the system or educate their staffs in advance about gift card. read more

I noticed this place opened near my home and was excited to try it. I walked in with no knowledge of their menu and was greeted so friendly and was given a through background of the business and the menu. I ended up getting an iced caramel macchiato and it was so good. The cashier even persuaded me to get a loyalty card and I'm not easy to persuade. I felt comfortable there and I plan on coming back with my book to read and ordering a coffee and actually staying there to enjoy the place. It was very nice and calm in there and I wanna enjoy that. Yay! Super excited this place is now open. I was looking for a different coffee shop where I could sit and chill with my husband and my baby and drink delicious coffee. I wasn't familiar with the menu, but after explaining to the manager/cashier what we wanted, he suggested the shakerato, an iced espresso coffee with flavored syrups of choice. He also explained that the coffee is from Modena, Italy. So good! We also really liked the atmosphere - lots of red and dark wood, Italian accents, plenty of diverse seating, and even a decent covered patio with ceiling fans. I usually get tea and work at this location during the weekdays. Friendly and helpful, the staff is very accommodating. They add hot water as often as asked. They add flavor shots at no cost. They turn the music down when asked. It's a small place so it gets loud when busy. They have covered patio seating which is really nice! Drive through is good too! read more
