And then they said that the hearsource is not in the Anthem Network. So they got my business by saying they were in the Anthem Network, but they handle their transactions with another company (the exact same phone number by the way) that they can then claim is not in the Anthem Network. They have refused to honor the discount that Anthem provides for their in network providers and for their insured clients. I am out thousands of dollars.
